I have to admit, I haven't used my Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVD in awhile, but it's one that I've kept because it's one of my favorites. Leslie makes walking in place a fun thing. It's high energy, yet she makes it easy for beginners to start out at their own pace. It's very newbie-friendly, so you can do what you can and then work up to the full pace of the workout. I actually find walking outdoors boring. (I know that sounds crazy, but it's true!) So this gives me an alternative and much better of a workout than I'd get from a leisurely stroll outdoors, anyway. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
