I have done almost all of Leslie Sansone's walking videos. I love them and I love her. The Leslie Sansone Walk and Home/Walk Slim Fast Firming is great, just like all of her other videos. It comes with the band used for the video, which is great because you don't have to go out and buy one. I didn't actually think the band would be that useful during the workout but it actually works your muscles pretty well! I even found my muscles slightly sore the next day, which I did not expect at all. This DVD is great for those that are beginners. You can do as much or as little of the video as you want. This one is a 4 mile long one and like all the Leslie videos it is split up by mile. I love doing workout videos at home because I get self-conscious working out in front of people. As usual Leslie is very encouraging and likeable. She's very down to earth and is good at motivating you. Generally I end up finishing the workout before I even notice it's actually been that long. I highly recommend this DVD. It's a great workout that's not too strenuous and you can do it in the comfort of your own home!

I love this workout dvd by Leslie Sansone. This is not a walking fitness dvd but this is a firming fitness dvd. Leslie Sansone works different parts of your body in this workout dvd. Leslie Sansone does a really good job with explaining each strength training move that will be perform and how it will strengthen your muscle groups. The entire workout is about 25 minutes long. I use this dvd by itself when I feel like I need to stretch and tone my entire body and I even use this dvd paired with a cardio fitness dvd as well. Other ways one can use this fitness dvd is to use a light pair of hand weights instead of the strechie band that comes with the fitness dvd. The packaging states that this workout is 40 minutes long but this is not the case. Of course that is a typo error with the manufacturer. This is a great addition to anyone fitness dvd collection. It helps tone my body and help me with being more flexible.

Love Leslie Loathe the Band

I love Leslie and her videos since they're so incredibly easy to use and follow along to, even for someone like me who has no sense of choreography. I was able to follow along almost perfectly by the end of my first time through. I was intrigued by this video since it it had the band to work the upper body. Unfortunately the band did not work as well for me as just plain weights or the balls she uses in some of her videos. I must be band challenged because my band would get tangled, slip from my hands, and on and on. I spent more time wrestling with the darn thing than I did using it. Ultimately I just ended up doing the movements without the band. Because of my band experiences I eventually put this at the back of my collection of Leslie's discs. I'll do it once in a while just to mix things up but I don't do it consistently. I love Leslie and I love her DVDs but this was just not for me. Others may find the whole band thing fun, but I couldn't master it.

Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home/WalkSlim Fast Firming DVD workout is great for those days you can't hit the gym. I have taken the DVD and exercise bands on vacation with me in the past, as they slipeasily inside your purse. There are easy to memorize exorcises for those times you can't get to a DVD player too. The included exercise bands are simple to use and to adjust to the right resistance for your work out ability. I have several of Leslie's video and I have to say his is my favorite. It's not overly repetitive and is set in a studio with just Leslie. Unlike some of the other in her line, you actually feel like you've worked your muscles when you are done with this workout. My favorite of the excersises are the triceps excrcises and the leg work she has you do on the floor. Both give you results you can see quickly if you do the video wih any kind of regularity. I would suggest doing this workout 3 times a week along with some of the other Walk at Home videos.

Just right for ME!!!

Leslie Sansone walk at home is a great DVD, I had not exercisied in a while , saw this in the store, picked it up and have not missed a day of "walking" ever since! It's easy to follow and she doesn't make you feel guilty if you can't do as much as they can in the beginning. It's the best I have ever tried!! Walking with Leslie is fun and motivating.

I have done several of Leslie Sansone's workout DVDs. Though they are called "walk at home," the walking is more akin to low-impact aerobics. Leslie uses fewer moves than typical aerobics instructors, however; her four basic moves comprise the majority of her workouts. This makes the videos less intimidating for people who tend to get confused during typical aerobics classes. What attracted me to **Fast & Firm! 4 Really Big Miles** was the cover claim that it now features hit music, a first for Leslie. It is on this count, and this one only, that I found the DVD to be disappointing. The hit music was limited to only 2 songs in the entire 4-mile workout. This workout is divided by mile. The first mile includes a warm-up and builds to a 15 min. mile. In mile 2, which is 12 minutes, Leslie introduces *boosted walking*, which is a non-intimidating term referring to a light jog. In mile 3 (at 10 minutes, the fasted mile), there are two more bursts of boosted walking. Finally, in mile 4 the pace slows down again to a 15 min. pace. Participants can also use the *firm band* (included with my DVD) during mile 4 to do light strength training. The video concludes with a cool down and stretching session, complete with a few basic Yoga moves. Leslie is as fun and motivating as ever. She comes across as being very sincere about wanting to help her customers get in shape. The video can be done in its entirety, or you can mix and match the miles, depending on your time/needs. With only a few feet of space in front of your TV, you can accomplish the whole workout, which makes it perfect for people who prefer to exercise in the privacy of their home but don't want to invest in cardio equipment. This is also the perfect workout for a rainy day.

Love Working Out

I love working out when I am using Leslie Sansone videos.  I do not get bored and I keep moving during the entire workout.  Before I know it I am done.  I really like that her videos incorporate moves for the entire body and are good for the heart and blood pressure.  I am trying to really lose weight and have already determined that I should be able to complete two of her videos per day at least four days a week.  The walking videos are a good alternative when you are not able to get on the treadmill or walk outside.  I would recommend trying any of her videos because she makes it seem so easy.

Great low impact workout!

I love Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home workouts.  I own about four of them, and they are great.  I disagree with another user who said they are not advanced enough.  I am a very active person, I work out about -6 times a week, and I own a fitness equipment company.  I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years, and have been working out for about fifteen.  I think the beauty of Leslie Sanson'es workouts are that you can use them if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced user.  She has a workout for everyone.  And you can choose to follow along exactly like her, slow it down if you want, or vamp it up a little if you need more of a workout.  Her workouts offer a total body workout.  And even if you don't feel that you are working out hard, the pace of her workouts put you right in your target heart rate zone, which is exactly where you need to be to get the full benefits of a cardiovascular or aerobic workout.  I have lost 20LB. just by incorporating her workouts into my regular routine.  And she is very motivating, as well.  She keeps you going, and the workout goes by so fast.  I highly recommend her programs!!

Leslie Sansone's walk at home video is great for those who do not wish to be outside in the sun. It is easy to follow and enjoy. It gives you a sense of being in the gym but at your own space and less crowed. It works if you stick to it and follow a sensible diet. I recommend this video to those who love to walk and have little time or need to just relax.

Leslie Sansone walk at home program is addicting and effective

I have used the Leslie Sansone  walk at home program for over a year.  I still enjoy the exercise and have found some very real results.  My husband has joined me in the program and we encourage each other.  Although neither of us is overweight, we have found that the toning and strenth training to be very effective.
