The T400 is a really good computer if you can get one. My dad got it for me from work and it is really good for my schoolwork. It has (or this one does) 8 gb's of ram on a 64-bit system. The only problems I have with it are the processor and the normal battery. I got a new 9-cell battery for it, which is awesome. Ease of Use The Windows 7 on it is really nice looking and works extremely well. Battery Life 9-Cell battery has excellent proformence Support & Service I do not have anything to say here because I never needed to use it. Just saying they have Support buttons offered in their programs. Speed/Performance The computer has more RAM installed in it than the 64-bit processor is able to use. Design I really like it but I like the T410 a lot more. The only thing I wish it had that the T410 has is the rugged areas around the keyboard and the mouse. Durability The computer is built really strong and the hinges are extremely durable and is really durable when dropped off of couch onto a hardwood floor.
