This laptop is amazing. I love that it can run just about any game I decide to play. Ease of Use It took a little getting used to at first, but I loved the way it was set up. The features and apps are easy to use and you can put things that are your favorites and that you use most often right up front. Battery Life For a gaming computer the battery life is pretty good. I can play for a good 4-5 hours depending on if I use the power saver feature or not. The power saver feature automatically comes up if you unplug the computer and you can opt out of it or customize it if you like. Support & Service I've never had any problems with my lenovo so I don't know how their support or service is. Speed/Performance Performance is outstanding. The graphics are crisp and clear. It's like watching an hd movie all the time. I love the speed and the huge fans so that it doesn't overheat like my older computers did. It has 2 video cards which make it pretty much unstoppable. Design I love the sleek black design. The buttons are soft, but firm. The only thing I don't particularily like about it is the way the oil from my fingers or hands stays on the black surface. It's almost like a soft grainy texture and grabs the oil. It wipes off easily though. Durability This computer is pretty much amazing.

I have had this laptop for about 3 years, and it is still in great condition! It works quickly, but has slowed down over the years. It does take a few minutes to open up my browser now. It came pre-loaded with the media center to open up Netflix, which I find more enjoyable than opening up through the website. The screen is wide and has great color to it, and it is nice to watch movies or TV programs on. It loads up DVD's very quickly. The charger does run hot, so it is necessary to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't overheat. I do not keep it plugged in overnight for fear that the charger will heat up too hot. And I always turn my laptop over when I am done using it so it will not overheat as well. It does not come pre-loaded with Microsoft Office products, but no products really do these days, so I just downloaded OpenOffice and it works fine. I have put this laptop through the ringer by doing free surveys and downloading free music, and it still works well after all of that. The pre-loaded firewall worked well when I didn't have the money to purchase an antivirus, before I downloaded a free anti-virus.
