Having my heart set on the "Surface" and then getting a Lenovo was a bit of a challenge for me but I must say it is sooo much more than I expected !! It is most user friendly which is exactly what I needed as there weren't a lot of instructions or video to watch for help. I have found out how things work and what they do sometimes by mistake, but it didn't ruin anything or make a mess of the programs. This is an Android OS and so far I have no complaints. I will be experimenting more with the WiFi as we travel. The screen is a great size and after tweeking it a bit on brightness and noise notificiation levels its a sweet little tablet. I do have to get used to the virtual keyboard....all in good time. I have yet to watch a movie or TV show on it, but the videos play nicely. The camera is better than I expected also.....working on tweeking this too. You can't go wrong. This may not be for the serious gamer, but those games I do like are just great. Ease of Use If you are middle of the road knowledgeable you will be fine. Support & Service not needed yet Durability so far so good
