This is a great product! I love it because I can eat dairy products again! Lots of products have dairy, so it's hard to have a perfect dairy free diet. But with this product, I can eat anything with dairy. Before I knew of this product, after I ate dairy products, I had horrible, really painful stomach aches, along with tons of diarrhea, which was very unpleasant. Now, that's all over! Well, almost. It works for everything except plain, regular, milk with lactose. I mean, I don't get unbearable stomach aches and diarrhea, but I happen to get stomach aches, and a little bit of nausea. The product is a small pill, which is sometimes challenging to swallow. I mean, I can sometimes, but sometimes, it takes a while, which is inconvenient. There's the chewable, but it has a horrible vanilla flavor that gives me nausea. I guess the pill is overall, a satisfying product. I use it almost everyday, in fact. The pill's effects lasts 45-60 minutes.

When I was younger, around High School Aged, I started to notice that I would get sick after I ate foods like Ice Cream and Pizza. Someone mentioned that I should try Lactaid Fast Act Lactase Enzyme Supplement because I might be lactose intolerant. I began using the Lactaid and immediately saw results. I would take one or two of these tablets prior to eating diary products, and it would keep me from getting an upset stomach after I finished eating the meal. These tablets were not hard on my stomach at all. They didn't cause any side effects, and they were conveniently packaged. They came in individually wrapped paper packs, and I could keep just one or two of them in my purse at all times. I grew out of being Lactose Intolerant, but I am confident that if I ever have problems with this in the future I would be able to start taking these tablets again and still enjoy my favorite foods.

Both my son and I are lactose intolerant . When I was a kid I hated drinking milk and hated all dairy products but as an adult I really began craving ice cream and cheese and other delicious dairy items . Perhaps 5 or more years ago ,I noticed that every time I ate dairy , I got really uncomfortable shortly thereafter , with stomach cramping , bloating and diarrhea . Even though I love ice cream ,pizza and cheeses, I started avoiding those foods as it just became far too uncomfortable and embarrassing to eat them especially in restaurants . Then a friend told me she used Lactaid and was able to eat dairy again - I figured it was worth a try . The price is a little expensive but they are worth every dime ! I no longer have that bloated ," crampy " sickly " feeling every time I finish a bowl of ice cream - which I absolutely love . I can enjoy some of my very favorite foods again thanks to Lactaid . This product really works and if you suffer from lactose intolerance , it is a MUST .

I recently started having symptoms of lactose intolerance a few years ago which really put a damper on my life because I love dairy and I love cheese. My son had lactose intolerance when he was younger and we used Lactaid milks for him and he was good with those. He no longer has lactose intolerance. I thought I had to result to eating fake cheeses and soy milks but then I came across Lactaid products. and thank goodness that I did! I take one or two, depending on how much dairy I am going to consume beforehand and I can eat cheese, ice cream or whatever I choose without those bad lactose intolerance symptoms that had been plaguing me for so long. I always keep this stuff on hand no matter what. If I go out to my favorite Italian restuarant or pizzaria, I make sure to have at least 4 pills on hand in my purse so I don't have to deal with the pain and embarrassment of lactose intolerance. Dairy is no longer the enemy!

If you suffer from lactaid intolerance you can actually enjoy foods like ice cream, milk shakes, malted and other delicious treats. You just take a tablet a few minutes before you can actually take it and place you order and by the time it arrives you are set to enjoy. It makes you not have to give up the delicious treats you loved and you don't suffer from bloating, gas or stomach cramps. A great way to enjoy the things you have been giving up.

I have been lactose intolerant since I was young, and eating dairy products has always made me sick. However, it has been getting worse. It was getting to the point where I could not eat any dairy at all without it making me very sick. I decided to try taking lactaid fast act caplets to see if those would help with my reactions to dairy. When I began taking these pills with dairy, I could immediately tell a difference. There wasn't the stomach pains I normally have to deal with, or any of the other normal side effects. Lactaid fast act comes in little foil pouches, in sheets of six. Each pill is individually wrapped in foil. This can be a positive and negative thing. It can be irritating, because they take up so much more space than they would in a bottle, but on the other hand, it is convenient because I can leave some in all of the places I need them, such as in the kitchen, car, purse, etc.

I just recently discovered that I am Lactose Intollerant, due to the Bad side effects I experienced.  Drinking Milk used to cause Gas, Bloating, & Diahrea.  It is really easy, you just take a Lactaid Fast Acting Pill with your Dairy. This is a God send to those of us who want to continue eating Dairy without all the Negative side effects!!  I would Highly Reccomend this to my Friends and Family!!
