I love LUSH and how they produce handmade, earth friendly products that are not tested on animals. They have such great products and this is no exception. If you love the Karma soap you'll adore the Karma bubble bar! If you're already a fan of LUSH's Karma soap you'll fall in love with the earthy, fruity scent all over again when you use this bubble bar. If you're not a fan yet then this is a great introduction to the product, but beware because it is very potent and may make those with sensitive noses sneeze. As a bubble bar is is fantastic! After you crumble it under the running bath water (it's possible to use just half but it's always best to use the whole thing and enjoy the luxuriousness of it) it produces masses and masses of scented bubbles. We're talking a Pretty Woman style bubble bath here. TONS of bubbles. It also moisturizes fabulously and leaves you feeling silky soft and subtly scented. Overall, while not my favorite bubble bar, this is a solid addition to my rotation and if you like stronger scents this is for you.

I am not a big fan of Lush's karma scent. If you are you will most definitely love this bubble bar. This bar used to be shaped like the comforter bubble bar but they have since redone the shape and size, so to me it looks smaller now. When I used this bubble bar over two baths, like I use every other bubble bar, I felt like it wasn't moisturizing my skin as well as some of the other bars. The lather was good though, I just think that this bar wasn't appropriate for my skin. Beyond that, the bubbles were good and lasted a long time, which was nice. While this bar wasn't for me, I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have sensitive skin and those who love the scent of Lush's Karma line. My husband loved the smell of this though. It smells like lemongrass a bit too, which is good, but I think the scent of this bubble bar was just too strong. It made the bath a nice peach color though so it was pretty to bathe in.

LUSH's Karma scent is just heavenly to me. It's a complex blend of citrus and patchouli and is so super unique, just like me. The word patchouli freaks a lot of people out, so **LUSH Karma Bubble Bar** is definitely not for everyone. But totally for me. When I smell Karma, a feeling of calm energy surrounds me. It's warm and sunny. So fresh, unique, and like nothing else. So the combination of this great scent with a nice, hot bath is just awesome to me. Karma Bubble Bar is made up of solid bubble bath in 2 different shades of orange. With bubble bars, I've learned that water pressure makes all the difference. In the past I've complained about lack of bubbles when using bubble bars, but what I really had was a lack of water pressure. In the home I currently live in, we have great water pressure, so crumbling just one third to one half of a bubble bar when I first start drawing a bath results in piles of fragrant bubbles that last for my whole bath. Karma turns the bath water orange, obviously, but the scent is quite light. If you're unsure whether you'd like the Karma scent, this would be a good product to try as the scent is dispersed throughout the water and is not super strong.

Karma, which is perhaps Lush's most famous (or infamous) scents, seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it smell. Depending on who you ask, it smells like absolute heaven or a dirty hippie. The hippie part comes from the fact that the scent includes pachouli, along with orange, lemongrass and pine. Now, I'll be fair and say I've never sniffed a dirty hippie, or even a clean hippie, but if hippies smell like Karma, that's just fine by me. To me, Karma smells like sweet, spicy oranges. The scent works great as a bubble bar. Lush's bubble bars are one of my favorite products -- I can get several baths out of one bar, so they're more economical than a bath bomb or melt. Since they're a solid product, bubble bars require minimal packaging -- no big bottle to recycle when the product is gone. And the bubbles themselves? Omigoodness. I have hard water and a regular tub (no jets to help with bubble production), but I still get mounds of bubbles from a small crumble of bubble bar. We're talking piles of bubbles. Masses of bubbles. And they last. Even if I soak for an hour, there are usually still some bubbles when I finally drain the tub. I've never had that result from any other product. Using a Lush bubble bar also seems to soften the water. I get 4-6 baths out of a standard-size Lush bubble bar. The Karma bubble bar is a bit larger; if I'm stingy enough, I can get 8-10 baths from one bar. My only real complaint with Lush bubble bars is that the scents rarely last long, but that's never been an issue with Karma. One little crumble of bubble bar under running water, and the bathroom's scented with orange spice. Really lovely.

I have been a LUSH fan for a long time, and for some reason I never ventured near the line of Karma products (I am still not sure why I avoided them for so long). I was recently on a trip and there was a LUSH store near my hotel so I decided to try a few things that I had never tried before so I picked this bubble bar up. I am in LOVE with this. The scent is amazing. It's a citrusy, warm, wintery scent. It's definitely very strong so those that are sensitive to those types of scents might not like it, however I tend to prefer scents that last a while and that permeate my bathroom, which this did. The bubbles lasted a long time too. I have a medium-sized bath tub and I broke this up so I've been able to get 4 baths out of this. If you have a teeny tiny tub you might be able to squeeze out 6 baths from this. It's definitely on the pricey side which is why I would at least break it in half. I did not find that this lingered on my skin for very long but I usually layer with other lotions anyway. Regardless, I will definitely be repurchasing this and trying other Karma products.

I'm not totally big on baths, but someone gave me this as a gift because they loved it so much. I finally decided to use it one day. I was actually pleasantly surprised! The fragrance is amazing and is a LUSH signature. They make pretty every product in that scent, which is great if you love it! The scent even lingers on your skin, but subtley. I was dreading having to clean my tub after using it, but I actually didn't have to. I was just able to rub the tub with water to get rid of the rest of the bubble residue and it was fine. I was shocked with how many bubbles it actually produced! Since I don't have a really big tub, I would be able to use it twice. The bubbles even lasted throughout the entire tub, which was nice! I expected them to pop pretty quickly. Although I don't really enjoy baths, I would purchase this again if I was in a bath mood. The product is made of natural materials and did not irritate my sensitive skin.
