I was really excited to try out this mascara. I was thinking that if it really attaches fibers to your lashes that they would have to look super long and pretty. Unfortunately, it was kind of a flop. The first time I purchased this L'Oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara I couldn't wait to try it! I thought it was really going to be something special. When I penned it up the contents were kind of dried out. I wasn't sure of maybe it was just supposed to be different than regular mascara so I tried it out anyway. It was pretty awful. I assumed that I just got a bad package. At that point I was still hopeful that this was a good mascara. I went and bought a second false fiber mascara from L'Oreal. This time it wasn't all dried out, so I guess it was just that one package, however it still didn't live up to its promises. The brush is shaped funny, the sides are more like a square than a cylinder. It makes the mascara go on to it unevenly. I'm not sure about any fibers. I sure didn't see any. Performance I didn't feel as if this mascara performed any better than regular mascara that doesn't claim to have fibers in it. It didn't even perform as well as a lot of regular mascara products I've used. I just wasn't all that impressed with this.

I would say thepackaging is what really sells with this particular mascara. The wand doesn't seem to be thick enough and the application is kind of chunky & clumpy..maybe, it had dried up or something - just wssn't as excited about the product. Marketing geniuses!

Well, I'm not happy about this mascara. I've already worn it 3 times, and those 3 times I end up with what they call racoon eyes. Not pretty at all. My makeup looks so good when I leave the house. The foundation looks amazing, my eyes, and cheeks, lips, everything. I love the length this mascara gives me. It really does what it says when it comes to volumizing, curling etc. My lashes look amazing after I apply this. Unfortunately, it smudges. I've tried priming my lashes, waiting for them to completely dry, and nothing works. I hate this mascara. I do not recommend it at all. I've been wanting to write a review on this since yesterday, the last day I decided to throw this mascara in the garbage.

I was excited when I got the opportunity to try out this product, but was quickly disappointed. I wear contacts & sometimes the false fibers would get into my eyes & irritate them. This mascara was kind of clumpy, but it did do it's job of making my lashes look fuller & longer.

I've been trying different mascaras for quite some time and nothing seemed to give me the volume I wanted, until I tried this one. It goes on thick, but that is what volume is. If you want to make it a tad more controllable (i noticed some of the reviews complained about it being too thick), before applying, simply wipe the brush off with a tissue, then dip back in the bottle and apply. In fact, I have always done this with my mascara. Mascara tends to dry and clump a bit on the wand overnight.

Really loved this product. My eyes felt great. Some may not be able to wear due to the fibers in the mascara. I felt it lasted a long time as well and was pretty easily removed with make up remover. Performance I love this mascara. I put on two light coats and it helps make my small eyes pop. Ease of Application I had no issues applying this mascara. It went on easily. The fibers in it weren't too much either.

I was sooo excited about this when I bought it and, just like all of the other mascaras that come out that I try, I was very dissapointed. The mascara itself felt dry, like it was old, and it didn't do much at all for my lashes. It didn't create ANY volume at all, so I am not sure why thet even decided to call it "voluminous". I love Loreal products, and was very dissapointed by this one. Now I know to keep using the lash extend tube that I know will always work. I can't help trying out new products - I am a makeup addict!
