This gloss comes in some really great colors so I was excited to try it. Well when you first put it on, it is silky, great color, definitely exactly what the name says: Glam shine. Also, the smell is actually quite nice in comparison to some I've tried- it's fruity & pleasant, not overpowering & doesn't last so long that it makes you crave a raspberry smoothie or anything :) My complaint is that for me, it only looked good for about 20 maybe 30 minutes before it started to dry up my lips. Next thing you know, my lips are cracking while I'm the middle of a meeting at work an hour after I put the stuff on... I'm sad because the color really does look good! but it is sooo drying that I can't use it anymore. I have about 5 colors & every one of them is beautiful... If you are prone to dry chapped lips, I don't recommend even trying this stuff- even if you aren't prone to it, be prepared it won't cover cracked chapped lips if you try to re-apply when it wears off.
