I bought L'Oreal Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover because it was on sale and I knew L'Oreal usually has good products so I figured I'd try it out. It was a big mistake! It was soooooo oily and disgusting. I tried using it with a Q-Tip to just remove fall out from my eyeshadow and it dripped all over where I didn't need it to be. I immediately scrubbed it off but my face broke a few days later anyway! It's really bad.. Be careful if you buy this. Maybe it's just because my skin is sensitive but I don't think it's good for any skin type to apply a very oily substance. Then, I tried L'Oreal's regular Eye Makeup Remover because it said it was oil free.... This one wasn't any better.. It didn't have oil but I had to SCRUB my makeup off and my eye was all red afterwards. That's not good at all.. Make up remover is supposed to be very smooth & easy to use. I shouldn't have to use a huge amount of product and scrub my skin to the point of irritation. Ugh. Never Again! Best make up remover is Estee Lauder's. It's just on the expensive side.

I have had so many experiences lately with going to the grocery store and going down the beauty aisle and looking for the best eye make up remover. I have bought at least 4 different kinds and been disappointed with every one that I have ever bought. Either the mascara completely doesn't come off, or I end up having to use a ton of the solution and lots of toilet paper to completely have my mascara come off. Which would often lead to my eyes being sore and they would get puffy. Along with the time that it would take for the mascara to come off, if I ended up putting too much of the eye make up remover on the cotton ball, if any got into my eye, my eye ended up stinging and would get red. I really didn't have a pleasant experience with this eye make up remover. And I had used less than a quarter of it and my frugality lost, because I just had to throw the rest of the bottle away. The money that I spent on this bottle wasn't worth the time and the pain it was causing me to use it.
