The clothes inside get very clean and the unit is very easy to operate. If the load is unbalanced it is hard to get the unit open to balance it. We have even had to unplug the unit and restart. The soap cup gets clogged and moldy inside, the good part is that it is easy to remove and clean. You also have to leave the door open to let the unit air dry or else you get mold on the inside as well. Ease of Use As stated above if the load is unbalanced it can be quite tedious to try and figure out how to get the door open to balance the load and the restart Durability This machine has washed alot of loads of laundry and held up great, even through a move.
