The LG GT365 has too many flaws to recommend

2

The LG GT365 is a well-designed cell phone for a relatively low price. It's got a nice range of features, including a touch screen for dialing, an MP3 player, and a 2.0 megapixel camera for both still pictures and video. There's a slide-out keyboard for text messaging, and internet access is available, if a bit inconvenient to use. Now for the problems: First, the keys are very small and hard to read when not lit, and the phone reception can be very iffy at times. I've found the sound quality to be only so-so, and often when I'm talking to someone, their voices break up or I get cut off altogether. Another problem is the battery, which doesn't hold a charge very long, and tends to suddenly drop to nearly empty with no warning. But the very worst thing about this phone is the fact that it can shut off on a whim; sometimes it happens when I go to slide out the keyboard, sometimes when the phone is just sitting there unused. Because of that, I've missed messages and calls simply because I didn't realize the phone had arbitrarily shut off on its own. That's a huge flaw, and one reason I can't really recommend the GT365.

Seemed like a good phone

This phone was very cute and functional. It seemed to work fine for a while however, it was o buoyant that this phone was becoming very problematic!!!! It was just a matter of time before upon slidin the keyboard out it would completely freeze and the phone was unusable. It was then necessary ro remove the battery and let phone reset itself only to have the same thing happen all over again!!! This became very frustrating and my husband and I who both had these phones made frequently trips to cellular store only to be told "that is a common complaint" for those phones. This of course was no comfort to us. We ended up getting rid of the phones and were not happy with phone carrier for Lack of assistance!!!

LG Neon WORST PHONE THE PLANET

1

If you wanted to know what the worst phone on the planet is it would be this phone. tt has the worst servixe and freezes sideways. This phone is the apitimity of stupid. There isn't a phone on this planet that can top this stupid piece of crap cell phone. I hope no gets this phone or the second one of this that came out. This phone lacks many things. My LG Neon lost it's ability to hear the other person if they call!!Hoe stupis is that. My phone I had for a 1 and a half under a 2yr contract with At&t. I wished I could smash my phone with a hammer. It's also really ghetto because you need a paper of something under the back cover because the battery gets loose. I can't wait to get the HTC Freestyle I heard so many good things about it. Im still sad that I have to deal with this phone for a half a year. God probably named this phone the world stupidest phone. If you don'y believe me you should watch the countless amount of videos that say this phone is crappy as hell.

the lg neon is of the best phones ive ever had

lets start with the good: the slide out qwerty keyboard, two megapixel camera, and the music player. now for the bad: the speaker sound is awful if you put the volume up, the alarm of the cell phone wont turn on the phone if it is off, and it does not come with 3G capabilities only EDGE. i had this phone for close to a year before i began to start having problems with it. the keyboard is a decent size but if you have big fingers you might stumble across some problems. the problems that this phone gave me was that whenever i was sent s MMS, it would take about five minutes to try to retrieve it only to tell me that it was unable to. one time i took a picture and when i pressed the button to take another picture, the phone froze. it wouldnt turn off with the end button so i had to take out the battery and then put it back in to turn it back on. the micro sd slot is great but the downside to that is that it can only hold up to 4gb, i have an 8gb micro sd which it wont read at all. and on a final note, the touchscreen is only to dial numbers, and for nothing else and it shouldnt be considered a touchscreen phone on that account

Good Phone

4

I have had this phone for about a year and like it. Some of the good features on this phone include a calendar, alarm clock, address book, camera, internet access for email and websites and so much more. It has a slide out keyboard and a touch screen for dialing on the main screen. It is very durable, I have dropped it numerous times and it still keeps going. I even dropped the entire phone in a bucket of paint and after cleaning it up it still works. You have the option of using the ring tones that are preprogrammed or your own. It has a camera and album option so you are able to use the preprogrammed pics and settings for your wallpaper or you can use your own picture. The camera is nice to use for those unexpected moments when you don't have a camera handy. Would I buy it again? YES

LG NEON TRASH??

2

Many have said that the LG Neon phone is one of the best of its time. I beg to differ. The LG Neon has MANY problems with operating especially on the AT&T Network. The LG Neon first of all has a thing for reseting itself a lot. The LG Neon randomly will just reset itself. I have traded my phone in many times for this problem and it still was not fixed. All LG Neon's have the problem of reseting themselves I am assuming. Second off the LG Neon may have the full keyboard, and touch screen dialing but it has its problems and flaws with both. I have found the touchscreen dialing to be handy, but the keyboard may as well be a waste of your time. The LG Neon's slide out keyboard will wear out easily. Also when you are writing a message and you are in the FN mode the phone will NOT allow you to send the message at all. You can't even get out of the message without turning off the FN mode. I know that sounds kind of silly, but after a while it gets to bee very annoying. So overall I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THE LG NEON PHONE TO ANY PERSON AT ANY TIME UNDER ANY CERCAMSTANCES. Thanks!

The LG Neon Is An Easy-To-Use, Great Value Cellphone

4

The LG Neon comes with a 2 megapixel camera, video recording capability, AT&T Music fuctionality, and a lot more. The phone features a touchscreen for dialing phone numbers and a full QWERTY keyboard for easy text and email capability. The included camera also comes with a self-portrait mirror to make capturing your own pretty smile a snap. Other included tools include a calculator, calendar, reminders, currency converter, stopwatch, and the ability to set multiple alarms. The phone is relatively easy to use. The QWERTY keyboard is small and compact, which can make texting a little difficult on the go; there is also no autocomplete feature, which might slow down traditionally speedy texters. The phone allows you to make calls on speaker to make your messaging capability available in-call, which is a great feature as well. One small problem with the phone is that it sometimes will shut off on its own for no apparent reason, which can be problematic if you're in the midst of a text conversation, and moreso if you have an alarm set and it shuts off without you expecting it to. There is also a slight delay when placing calls between the call going through and the audio kicking in. Overall, the phone is very stylish and affordable. The vast number of modern and fun ringtones (full audio support, versus polyphonic) also make it a fun phone. The battery life can be a bit short, but it should hold a charge--even if only a small one--for up to two and a half days without needing to be plugged in or dying.

LG Neon GT365, Stylish but far from Functional

2

Like a fancy pair of heels, this phone is cute but in the end it will hurt you. I loved the design, especially the green and white color scheme but in so many ways it doesn't function properly. Although it says you can receive email you can only check a Yahoo or Gmail account, it is not able to link to Outlook which was something I was looking for, in all fairness I'm not sure if I should blame that on the phone or the salesperson. The camera does work well and takes quick photos that are typical cell phone quality. The internet browser button is smack in the center of the phone making it easy to hit it on accident. Most recently the phone has started just randomly shutting down or freezing even when it is fully charged, so far taking the battery out and then replacing it has fixed it but I am worried that eventually it will just stop working. The only thing I like about the phone is how easy it is to text especially with the slightly raised buttons and I have never had a problem with sending or receiving texts. Given the chance again I would never have purchased this phone.

worst phone

1

I got this phone over a year ago. I loved the looks of it and after checking it out I loved the phone in general. Surprise!! It was the worst phone I have ever owned. Please do not get this phone. Save your money. I had nothing but trouble a week after buying the phone. I would not receive my voicemails and then go in and I would have 3 messages on it. The phone would not ring on my side so I would have to say hello hello hello until the person could hear me. I called and got a new phone about three times and the phone would be fine for about a month and then it would do the same thing again. I called At&t and had to argue with them for an hour the last time and tell them I wanted a whole new phone. They try to tell me that I had to buy into another contract. So after telling them I wanted to speak to someone higher up they gave me a new refurbished phone with no new contact and no warrent. I took it becasue I was so sick of the other phone. They were not very helpful to me. Please save your money.

LG Neon

This phone is my first cell phone so there is a little bit of love for it for that fact. There are a lot of points of criticism though. Let's start with the actual phone aspect of it. The sound is actually pretty clear. The problem is, it doesn't always work. Sometimes when I try to make a call, it takes almost 20 seconds for the phone to connect and for me to hear anything, and it's then I hear an aggravated voice on the other end wondering whether I'm there or not. This lag is not only a nuisance for calling either. The phone experiences lag almost everywhere else, especially once you accumulate a few text messages. The phone takes a few seconds to respond to a given input. This doesn't bode well for those heavy texters out there. Sometimes if I text too fast, the button I press doesn't even give me the character I want. It's almost as if the phone attempted to include too many features and thus, all the ones that it has are not quite up to par. I recommend looking elsewhere for a phone.
