to start off the review it is an excellent cellular phone. it works great. it looks very nice. it is not to thick. it is very very simple and easy to figure out i love the keyboard. they could have done the numbers on the phone a little better for texting. it has touch screen for dialing phone numbers i did like that alot. wish the whole thing was touch screen and a keyboard. the battery life does not last to long but it does last all day. the camera id say is not the greatest of all cameras but not to shabby neither. has a fair amount of built in memory. i like the weight and the design is excellent. it is a little bulky. overall it is not a bad phone for the price i guess. the video is not that great. and the mic is real quit u have to talk loud for people to hear you. and the ringtone speaker is way to quiet it is hard to hear people especially if you own a loud truck with a v8 motor or diesel motor it is hard to hear but overall it is a good phone for the price i recommend it great att phone

I purchased the LG KS360 phone because I was eligible for a free upgrade through Verizon.  I wanted to upgrade to a slider phone with a full keyboard instead of a flip phone because I text often and it is a hassle to have to use T9 all of the time.  The KS360 is the cheapest of the LG slider phones.  I have used LG for all of my flip phones and never had to replace one before a free upgrade so I wanted to stick with that brand.  It was more than other brands and I paid extra for it.  I am not satisified at all with the LG phone.  The memory is less than my freebie flip phone yet I'm supposed to be able to do more with it. Texting is not much easier as the phone has little memory, the keys are very small and the keys often stick as well.  The phone also does not have much texting memory and does not recognize simple words that I use often like the name of my college.  I see no benefit to having this phone over my old flip phone.  ALso, the phone overheats easily.

This phone is a great buy for what it does. it has a great quality camara and it has really good battery life and sound quaulity as well. with most phone you have to worry bout losing reception in spots you wouldnt think you would lose it in but this phone keeps the reception nomatter where you go. it also has been very durable for me while i text and talk on the phone constantly with my friends and family and the keyboard stays good even after continues usage and dropping it three times.the sliding feature is very hady as well bc you can put it in your pocket when you dont need it and slid it close and it locks the keyboard automatically which save you from dialing by mistake or many other things that can happen when your phone is slid into your pocket with out being able to flip it close like most flip phones iv owned iv owned both flip and slid phones and id deffenitly prefer slid phones bc there better quality and also a great buy for young teens who tend to dial without knowing it or ne thing like that . id say this phone is not a waste of money.

the phone is very good the battery works greta with a long life  and moving through browseres and surfing the web is very easy the. There are 2 big problems with this phone 1) there is very small memory to store text messages always hafta delete the messages 2) the camera works great but the ability to get get really good [pixa from a distance is not great no zoom mode which is a big minus to me

***My AT&T LG slider phone is awesome.  It is easy to use and easy to learn.  My sister got this phone for me because she was having trouble getting ahold of me.  My daughter is due anytime now and now she can get ahold of me without having to worry about me missing the birth of her second child.  Very exciting time for all of us.*** ***I love the picture capability.  I can take awesome pictures and send them to my online friends.  I can have my picutres sent to the computer to put on my personal pages.  This way my out of town friends can see them.  I have a new grandson on the way.  Those will be next pictures that I can put on here.  *** ***I took the video camera piece to it and I videotaped my grandson.  He is learning to thrown things in the garbage.  He is doing very well too.  So well, in fact, that he throws everything in the garbage.  I have the proof of it on my phone.  It is awesome to show everyone my grandson from my phone.  This too is an awesome product and would recommend it to all.***

Read the solutions review below, scroll down... everyone is reporting the same problems. But there are reasons for these problems and there are makeshift solutions. But indeed, it is laggy even while texting, sometimes when you type fast, it'll put a space instead. Why is that? it's because the keys o, k, l, m are also navigation arrow keys. it probably thinks the function key is on and causes the cursor to jump. The only solution is to type slower sometimes. It holds a charge for a full day for me, even by using the internet alot. Which is horrible battery life in general. But what i love about the neon is that it has a decently big screen when compared to other cheap side slider phones. Most are candybars that have small screens Overall, the phone is still not a good phone, LG should've done a better job. Its other phone's aren't that bad. Getting angry at the phone is really pointless... Either solve it with makeshift solutions as posted way down below or get a new phone. You can buy good ones secondhand from people too for cheap and good quality.

My experience with LG cell phones is not all made of love and trust. That's the reason why it took me 2 weeks to finally decide to purchase this phone, and I've had it for 5 months now. It doesn't only have a cute design, but it's also handy and very complete when it comes to general functions. The mp3 player is good with fair volume and the video player doesn't freeze, like some other models I've had before. The camera is also good, the pictures are very clear. Plus, typing with it's keyboard is just terrific, not to say gorgeous. My complaints: I can't find games that can be played in landscape mode. If that's the idea you should think twice before purchasing it. Also I think it should be full touch screen. The touchscreen only works for dialing, nothing else. Btw, the battery goes flat very quickly. And there is something that bugs me in all LG phones that I've tried: the buttons. They are the kind that make this annoying noise when you push them, like you're putting lots of effort to it. Except for that I'm pretty satisfied about my LG.
