I currently have a Kyocera Milano c5121 touch screen smart phone and I don't think that I have ever had a phone that I HATE more. The phone has had to be factory rest several times and I have only owned it for 3-4 months. The memory on the phone is horrible and I can't have but a couple of apps. Also I can't move certain things to the memory card which would free up space on the phone itself but it just won't let you move things. Another issue I have with the phone is its response time. Sometimes you have to you have to touch an app or etc several times before it actually performs what you are wanting it to. Also the phone seems to force close things like messages and even phone calls within the middle of a phone conversation. The battery is not great either and it will only stay charged for 4-5 hours and that's using it regularly like most people do. Bottom line is I regret purchasing this phone and I will probably never buy a Kyocera phone again. Design This is a rather heavy phone. And I don't really care for the slide out keyboard like I initially thought I would.
