It is supposed to save water, but it takes 2-3 flushes to clear the contain, it doesn't save water. The shape of the bowel and weak flush, it tracks dirt. I don't like it. It looks good, good height but that's all.

This toilet compared to the last one we had in our home is much quieter didn't even know that you flushed.  Good value for the money I would definetly buy another for our renovations of our upstairs bathroom. It does come in ivory or white, depends on what you like but would say it is a good item for the price

It's been in my house for 3 weeks now and we've had no problems at all. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to update or remodel their bathroom or to anyone who just needs or wants a new toilet.

We built our house 3 years ago and used all Kohler products. We wanted to increase the value of our home by installing high end plumbing fixtures and faucets that gave it a polished look. I have been really happy with everything thus far. We installed the Serif toilet in our guest bath upstairs, which our kids primarily use. First, they love the unique flushing mechanism. But I mostly like the comfort height feature. We also added the two piece toilet seat. It provides an extra fold down seat that accomodates a child much better than a larger, standard toilet seat. And for adults you just flip it up and under that is a regular toilet seat. It pops off of the toilet for easy cleaning and has been very handy for our kids. The flushing power is adequate and the interior of the bowl as withstood the hard water ring that most of our neighbors are getting in their toilets. I am really happy with our choice and would recommend this toilet.

The name brand was recomended by the contractor.  Because of the wall between the sink and the limited space, the toilet was a perfect fit!  And no more running or over flowing water on the floor.  I thank our contractor for reccomending this product.

We recently replaced our toilet with the Kohler Serif Toilet Two Piece Elongated K-3468.  It is the first new toilet we have purchase since our house was built 14 years ago and it is by far, much better than any we have previously owned.  It flushes great and cleaning it is a breeze.  Having the elongated seat/bowl adds to the comfort and "sure-fire" hit of the toilet and not the rim. Though we could have purchased something much cheaper, I feel confident that this toilet is going to outlast any of those cheaper brands we considered.
