We had a bigger Kodak Digital camera that we loved but wanted something smaller that we could throw into a purse or diaper bag.  The thing I liked most about this camera is that the "scenes" were the same as our bigger camera, which made it easier to use, more familiar.  The camera is easy to use, focuses well and is very compact.  A couple of negatives are that it does use batteries, which that there was a charger or port that we could just power it back up rather than using batteries.  I have tried rechargeable batteries, but they seem to die really quickly, so I've just stuck to regular AA batteries.  The other problems I've had is that sometimes it doesn't know when to flash or not flash so some pictures come out too bright or dark.  Then I have to manually turn off the flash or turn it on so I can ensure my picture is ok.  But overall, we have been very happy with this camera and for a pocket-size it has given us some great pictures!

 This camera is a wonderful thing. I love the zoom function. This camera takes very nice digital photos. It's got a fast shutter speed for those kid's actions shots. Its also is simple to use. If you have any basic camera knowledge you wont even need to read the manual. This camera also has many settings such as: portrait, landscape, flower, sunset, backlight, candle lit, children, museum, text, beach, snow, fireworks, night portrait, night landscape and sports mode. This camera is a great camera for a beginner. My mother (technically challenged) loves to use my camera.  I do recommend rechargeable batteries but the Kodak c160 is very good on batteries. That's one of my favorite things about this camera, batteries. No charger to worry about, no chance of running out of battery charge when your at a critical moment.  This cameras only con is that sometimes if its too warm or too cold the camera may "freeze". If you turn it off and back on its fine though. This camera is also something a child can use to take nice photos. My sisters are 9 and 11 and can take great pictures with this camera. To sum it up if your looking for a good camera at a good price with lots of options that's still easy to use.... This is your camera!

This camera is simple easy to use! I love the scene selection dial that lets you choose the type of picture you are about to take portrait, active shot, landscape or auto! This camera will capture your son or daughter on the soccer field running to score the winning goal or it will capture your babys first moments tooth steps visits to Grandmas Grandpas or Santa! Picture clear quality easy to adjust settings if you think your too living in the old days and MP are too high it lets you gradually move your way up from 5MP to 7MP to 10 MP and so on and so on! Kodak is the only brand that i trust and know when it comes to digital cameras and tryiong to preserve my familys special moments and memories!

I've never owned a camera before this one, but I've played around with my parents and friends. I bought it because of all it offered. It is a great camera and I love it. Being able to crop and tag right on the camera is great. I love the blur reduction and all of the selections for the camera, such as for scenery, candle light, sunsets, etc. The pictures come out great and I love the camera. The batteries don't die often. I took it on a four day trip and only had to switch batteries once (if you use  energizer) My only problem with the camera is uploading. It takes a while for them to upload and sometimes after waiting for them to upload, it says the upload failed. With recordings I've uploaded, kbs have been to high to even upload them to facebook or youtube. After they've been uploaded, I sometimes come back to see the videos, but kodak gallery won't allow me. The videos are lost and I cannot get them back, since I had deleted them. Other than the uploading issues. the camera is amazing and I would recommend it.

I love taking photos so when my old camera broke I had to go get a new camera ASAP!!! With that being said, I didn't really shop around, I was actually shopping for a disposible camera (that my daughter needed to take to school for a class project) when I purchased the Kodak Easy Share C160.  Although this was kind of a spur of the moment purchase, I have not regretted choosing the C160 at all!The picture quality is amazing, even when using the zoom function.  The options (red eye reduction, special setting for photos less than 28 inches away, etc) are great, and the ability to capture motion is one of my favorite things about my camcam!  Additionally, it is easy to carry, easy to use, and easy to store.  I have never had a problem uploading pictures to my computer, as a matter of fact I have done it with plenty of easy both from my memory card, and through the USB cable.  I definitey recommend this camera to anyone who loves to take pics like I do! I don't regret buying it, have had it for more than a year, and I plan to keep it for as long as it is good to me!

The Kodak Easy Share C160 is exactly what  I need. It allows for still picture taking as well as having video capabilities. What I love most about it is the kodak easy share software. And the ability to upload my picture to the Kodak gallery at Kodak.com

The Kodak Easy Share C160 Digital Camera Is Great. It take HD pictures that even the ones you don't like you would want to keep it too. There Is also one more thing that is great about this camera: CHEAP PRICES! Lets you save money to go places to test your camera out. I went to Oregon in the past 3 weeks, and it was great taking pictures of all the places i went. I went to the Zoo, Lyoud Center, Arbys, and many more places but cant figure out the names. It has a great 3x optical zoom in system that allowed me to take pictures of small animals that were hard to see like the naked mole rat, bats that are too high up in a crack to capture, and crocodiles that were hard to catch because they were under water, The Kodak Easy Share C160 Digital Camera features 9.2 Megapixel for or a bright and clear image.It has a 2.4" screen and there is a face detection and blur reduction technology that allows me to take bright and elegant pictures. Even when you are on the move to follow a lion for example. All the shaking of the camera could ruin your perfect shot right? No the camera reduces blur caused by camera shake or subject movement with blur reduction. You could also take videos but it doesn't give you sounds. Im not quite sure how to change it if you could. I love taking pictures with my friends. You know how cameras have all different types of settings for you to choose to make the light better. With this camera it has a face detection that locates faces and automatically adjusts the camera settings so you don't have to worry about changing settings over and over again. You can also crop or delete you pictures on your camera instead of going on the computer to do that. Adding text or tags helps you remember what picture is in which category and you can also do it on your camera. I love this camera and I hope you do too. I got mines in 2008 and it is still working for me till today. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The Kodak EasyShare C 160 is a great little digital camera for every day use. I use it for family pictures and for work. It takes clear pictures. I use it to take pictures of items I sell on line. I had a little trouble identifying all the features but if you read the manual it is not too bad after that. I find this with most products I buy now-a-days. Once you learn the buttons and settings it is pretty easy. It comes with a usb cord to download on line. You can also use a memory card which you purchase seperately. I took some great pictures of my family and the Hiawassee River last weekend. They turned out beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive and easy camera to use.

I bought the Kodak C160 because it was my favorite color BLUE. It's easy to use and it take great picture's. This camera is awesome it has 70 mins of record time also for video so if you like to record, but not all the time it would be great for you. I use it for all my children's plays and musicals. The EasyShare program that comes with it is good , but not great. Sometimes the software doesn't run to smoothly. I have problems when it loads. Don't let that stop you from buying it though because I would still recommend it for others to buy. It's a great camera.
