works great on hard water stains

5

found this product from previous owner of this house over 10 years ago. I had hard water stains under the water/ice dispenser regardless of properly changing my filter. Tried everything but that line was still there! My husband comes to me and says, hey look what I found and I said why not? That line is gone! I don't care how much this product is I would use it but not all the time just when you want that just new look every once in a while

Restores the shine to my kitchen appliances

5

When we recently renovated our kitchen we decided to purchase brand new appliances. I have always liked the look of stainless steel appliances. They look very clean and modern. It was with that in mind and given the excuse that our new kitchen needed new appliances, that we outfitted our kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. This included a refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, sink, toaster oven and microwave. Our kitchen looked beautiful - at least for a week. In the space of a week our appliances looked dirty and were covered in fingerprints and smudges. It was recommended to me that a stainless steel cleaner would be most affective at cleaning the appliances and returning them to their shiny best. It was for that reason that I purchased the KitchenAid Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish. I put aside an afternoon after purchasing this to clean and polish the appliances. I was positively delighted with the end results. A little buffing went along way. This cleaner restored the beauty to the stainless steel and had them looking brand new within minutes. This KitchenAid cleaner left a smooth and shiny finish on all of my appliances. I didn't have to work too hard to clean and buff the appliances and I was more than satisfied with how quickly the cleaner dissolved into the stainless steel leaving no residue behind and a streak free finish. I now use this cleaner on a weekly basis to ensure my kitchen still looks brand new. It should be noted that this cleaner is no longer distributed under the KitchenAid label, but is now manufactured by Whirlpool as Whirlpool 31462A Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish. While the name my have changed, the product remains the same.

Shine Aide Stainless

I have used the Stainless cleaner fromn Kitchen Aide & have found it to work vewry well.  I can't remember what the other brand I used was but when I do I'll update so you "don't" bother buying it. Kithcen Aides is by far more superior.  Once applied the haze is easy to buff off & you are left with such a lovely shining finish that you can touch-up your make-up in. It repeals finger prints & smudges so you are not constantly hving to wipe it  off.

Kitchenaid Polish works great but too expensive/hard to find.

KitchenAid Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish surely shines up your stainless steal appliances in the kitchen.  It is easy to use, not messy, and doesn't smell too bad either. I love how great our stainless stell appliances look in our kitchen after polishing them with the Kitchenaid Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish!  We have two small children (3 and 5) so handprints show up all over, along with bits of food, etc. . . This polish takes it all off and shines your stainless up back to new! It is a little bit expensive though and doesn't seem to really protect the stainless steel in the long run.  Once the kids are let loose again, the stainless steel gets dirty right away.  I have found that using WD-40 does the same job, while also lubricating/conditioning the metal to keep it looking great.  I find that using WD-40, the shine lasts longer.  It also helps deter finger prints.  You only need to use a tiny bit of WD-40 and it is cheaper than the KitchenAid brand.
