I rated this a good because we have had to get used to the smaller layout. We had been fortunate enough to have a huge 20 yr old refrigerator, which finally clunked out. My husband had to have a "counter depth" refrigerator, which simple means to me that it is SMALLER, but to him, it fits flush against the counter and looks "built in". It is a nice fridge, complete with and ice maker and water dispenser (a must have for the kids, and a nice feature). It is a touch screen and works just fine. One complaint I have is that once the ice is gone, it takes a good 48 hours for it to fill back up. Also, complaint number two is that there is a "lock" button that activates when you open the fridge door. Which prevents you from getting water for a good 30 seconds. You may think that is petty, but I can't tell you how many times I could be filling up my cup & one of my three children will come over, open the fridge door and boom....my water stops and then I have to wait 30 seconds for it to start again. Shezzz! Lol......
