This works great for when you do not want to pull out your blender or when you are baking and cooking a may need to mix some ingredients in one bowl, then bewat eggs in the other. It minimizes clean up and dishes. Whenever it time to clean, I don't have a million large utensils to stuff in the dishwasher, just simple more powerful and accomplishing tips. It also gets rid of tiredness from all the mixing and speeds up the process.

It is extremely easy to use and has made my love for baking an even greater experience. I couldn't imagine my life without it! I have been able to take this on many trips with my fiance and I. It is portable and light weight, so it fits wonderfully in any kind of small carrying case or bag that I decide to bring along for the ride. I have also shared this with our family and friends, a time or two; it somehow manages to ease itself into many of my conversations. I explained to the family and my fiance that the device is so simple, I did not even need to read the user manual at all. The convinced a few of the members of our family to order their own because they were always asking to borrow ours.

This product is so versatile, it is the one appliance I use it in the kitchen just about every day! From egg whites to soups to blending up smoothies, it gets the job done! The attachments are easy to connect and remove and clean up is a breeze, just simply twist off your attachment and rinse! So far i have had no issues with any of the plastic parts staining from tomato or other red based foods. This is a quality product, well built and sturdy, not like the cheap and flimsy plastic products out there! Plus its easy to pack up in the storage case and put away in a drawer. It doesnt take up a ton of space in the kitchen. To be honest, I use this immersion blender instead of my Kitchen Aid mixer quite often. Its so much easier to use than a stand up blender, and it's easier to clean. No messy bulky glass container, you can just submerge it in soapy water and clean it off. Blending Power Does great with everything but ice. It will blend the ice but it's not as smooth as I prefer. Versatility Fits easily into any container, and you can blend in the cup you are drinking out of so that is one less container to clean. Ease of Cleaning A lot simpler to clean than a traditional blender you just submerge it into soapy water, turn it on for a few seconds, then rinse it afterwards. Ease of Use It's cordless so you don't have to worry about knocking things over with the cord. Also you don't have to be near an outlet to use it. Design Sleek and it matches my kitchen. The design also fits easily into your hand, so it isn't tiring to hold it while you blend. Durability Still going strong after a year of owning it. I got mine on sale so I had assumed it would tear up on me, but it hasn't.

I received this product as a wedding gift and was incredibly surprised by its superb quality! I love this product and have used it more than any of my other gifts (maybe combined!). It is from a great brand, and has lasted for years already. I suspect it will last many more as well. I use it as a "mini" food processor to chop onions, herbs, garlic, etc. I also use it to make hummus, salsa, pesto, vinaigrettes, marinades, etc. I am a chef, and so my recommendation should really be considered. This is a great product. I would recommend it to anyone. It also doubles for drink mixing, soup and sauce pureeing and whipping cream with the hand blender. This is a must have.
