I have sensitive skin which is easily irritated by chemicals in acne medication and just about every other lotion and skincare product out there. Even proactive irritated my skin so it got worse and it basically did nothing at all. I thought I would have to live with my skin condition for life since I couldn't find a decent treatment! It wasn't severe enough for accutane, and I didn't have the money to see a specialist dermatologist. I finally decided to try something natural for my skin. I can't believe it took me this long to figure it out! This is the very first treatment I've used that doesn't irritate my skin at all and actually is healing my acne! I always wash with the Kiss My Face bar and use Break Out afterwards. I'm VERY pleased with this gel! The only downside is the size of the gel bottle. If you have sensitive skin and have a hard time finding acne treatments, I definitely recommend giving this product a try. Try it out for a few weeks and see if you get the same results! The peppermint feels very cooling!

If you have acne skin look no more you have come to the right place if you have bought the Kiss my Face Break Out acne Gel. Use it exactly as the directions say and you will be very very happy with the results within less than 3 days of continous application. I have pretty oily skin and that ends up resulting in acne and using this as a spot treatment has tremendously helped my problematic skin. It is not a miracle worker and will definitely not work after just 1 spot treatment. You need to apply it at least every night before going to bed..a thin layer works best for me. if you use a thick layer you might risk drying out your face terribly. Do your best to start off on a small patch of skin to make sure you aren't allergic or anything of that sort/ That is the smartest and safest thing to do when you are starting a new product. Go ahead and buy this gel if you need to rid of a few pimples here and there!!!

**Kiss My Face Break Out Acne Gel is unbeleivable it really works, now i dont use it on my self cause i dont have a problem with acne. but my girlfriend has had a problem with acne for a long time now and she can break out pretty bad at times. we have tryed a lot of products to see what would help out the most and we have not come on to a product that works like **Kiss My Face Break Out Acne Gel. dont get me wrong my girlfriend is a very pretty woman but now that she is using **Kiss My Face Break Out Acne Gel she is extreamly gorges, i mean when we walk down the strip in new york city to go shoping she makes many heads turn for second looks. her face is now as clear as if she had skin of a five year old. she swears she will not ever use anything else for her ance no more casue she does not want to suffer like she had before. the good thing about it its not really to expensive either and it last a while. ******

It's alright. I wouldn't suggest using a gel to rid yourself of severe acne. I've found that gels only end up enhancing my acne instead of helping it. I would suggest to try the cream version of this brand's product.

This acne gel works great and it doesnt cost as much as other acne medicines. For other acne medicines they make your skin dry and not looking good. But "Kiss My Face Break Out Acne Gel walks the walk.

its gentle its natural it won't hurt you and it helps.  Nothing will permanently get rid of acne. Give this a whirl, be consistant, eat right, sleep right, stay out of the heat, don't pick use this product and you will see improvement.

I purchased this product for overnight use and applied it after I washed my face each night, to the areas of my face which are prone to breakouts.  I have tried several products made by Kiss My Face and love the Break Out Acne Gel.  This product helps to prevent and heal blemishes without the use of harsh chemicals.  It does not have a strong scent or cause any sort of sensation such as burning or tingling when applied to problem skin.  Both the product and packaging are environmentally friendly for those who are concerned about exposure to excess chemicals or unnecessarily contributing to landfills (the packaging is recyclable and also made from recycled materials).  I would recommend this product, if used in conjunction with other Kiss My Face products, to treat occassional blemishes.  This product can be worn under makeup, though careful application is required for it to not be noticable.  My makeup tended to "stick" to the gel.
