Kirkland Signature Pure Vanilla Extract is the only vanilla extract my family uses. It comes in a large flip top plastic bottle, making it easy to measure out exactly what you need. The quality of this vanilla extract is what is really amazing though. It is on par with what you would get in a tiny bottle at a specialty store for more that this entire large bottle costs. The vanilla extract you get from the grocery store doesn't even come close to comparing to the Kirkland Signature. Because this doesn't have an overpowering alcohol taste like many inferior brands we use it in everything, even uncooked foods like yogurt. We also add it to all our baked goods, oatmeal, and pancakes. The only negative we've discovered about this product is that the pour spout tends to dribble down the side just a little each time we use it. This causes a build up of dried vanilla on the outside of the cap, and down the side of the bottle. Because of this, we now do a quick rinse of the bottle after each use, which solves the build up problem. This minor drawback definitely won't stop me from continuing to buy the product though.
