After speaking with my family physician and explaining to her that I had been feeling very tired and run down, she suggested that I try a multivitamin. After taking the vitamin packs for almost two months, I did see that I was feeling better and did indeed have more energy. However, I didn't like having to take that many separate vitamins at one time. I instead was looking for an all in one vitamin. I feel that Kirkland Signature Daily Multivitamin Pack with High Potency Energy Boosting Nutrients and More is a good vitamin pack but just what I myself was looking for. Kirkland Signature Daily Multivitamins are a good value. The Energy boosting nutrients can be difficult to take on an empty stomach if they have higher doses of Iron. I have found that I have to take iron supplements with food in order to prevent nausea. I like being able to take a multivitamin because I don't often eat balanced meals. It is important to me to have the necessary nutrients that help me stay healthy. My husband prefers to not take multivitamins so I mostly take them myself. I have also found that whole food multivitamins work well too. The Kirkland multivitamin pack can be handy when you want to take them on the go. I have found that I need extra energy at times and have found Kirkland vitamins do help me to feel better especially when I am low on iron. Those who do not eat red meat may find it helpful to take these vitamins that have extra iron because that can help boost your levels and increase your energy.

this has been a very important purchase on my part to make sure my health is up to its potential inspite of my not so healthy eating habits. I like how it had ginseng along with all its nutrients to make sure you get that energy boost along with all the vitamins you're taking. it comes in a pack with 6 pills so you can take it along with you without having to lug a big ugly bottle around, i love that flexibility.  it gives you about 25 key minerals and in alot more proportions than a single pill gives you because a single pill really cant pack in that much amount of vitamins and minerals.  It does have a bitter taste when you swallow and thats because it doesnt have any artificial flavoring or coating, i would take that option over a sugary unhealthy alternate.  You can feel a major difference in the quality of your hair and skin within having taken this for about 2 weeks, and you will feel the difference as soon as you stop taking it as well, so you know that this thing actually works and is not some generic snake oil. Very effective, i am taking this for life now, no doubts about that
