I have had this brewer for almost 6 years and it works just as well as it did the first day. I love that I can customize the size of my cup and brew over ice! My 7 year old even uses it on his own to make his hot chocolate - super easy to use! Easy to clean, doesn't take up much counter space and works like a dream!!

When I first received this I was so happy. I received this as a christmas gift from my daughter. I loved the idea about a single cup. After using it for a couple months, it started half filling instead of a full cup. I constantly cleaned the machine running hot water and vinegar through the machine. This would help for a little while and then it would start all over again. I went online searching for help with this problem. I found a lot of tube videos from people who were having the same problem. Unfortunately, I was unable to fix this problem with my machine. No matter what I did, it just would"t work. Finally unfortunately it just stopped working altogether. I went and bought a Mr. coffee one cup brewer. I have had no problems with half cups. Never has this brewer given me anything less than a full cup. I would neverbuyanother keurig machine. They just don't holdup. Thank you for letting me vent.

I've been looking at Keurig coffee makers for some time. Their ease of use and the opportunity to change flavors for each cup was appealing. But the price tag put me off. After using a regular K-cup brewer on vacation this past summer, I determined that while I liked the functionality and flexibility offered, I didn't like the way the coffee tasted at all. It was simply too weak. I researched online and discovered the Vue, which can brew either regular or strong, as well as iced coffees and other fancier beverages (all using Vue packs). And I love it! It's used every day, multiple times a day! For fast and easy coffee, I can't recommend this machine highly enough! Brew Performance With both "regular" and "strong" options, coffee can be customized to anyone's strength preference. Ease of Cleaning Using the Vue packs makes cleaning up extremely easy -- pull out and pitch. Most of the time I use a reusable filter that must be rinsed out, but as that's my own choice and not something Vue provides...I give it a ten. Ease of Use Putting a Vue pack in the machine is beyond simple. Changing the brew strength and size of cup is self-explanatory. Durability So far this machine has been used for months by an entire family, adults and children alike, and hasn't suffered in the least.
