It's 35% juice and the rest is water and sugar, but it tastes more wholesome and healthy that those percentages might suggest. Kern's Peach Nectar is made from whole fruit, is fat free, low sodium, and high in vit. C.  It tastes great by itself or mixes well with other fruit juices.  I pour it over other fresh, cut-up fruits to enhance the taste of the fruits.  Even my husband and my father like it.
