Any Kendall, white or red, is always consistently high quality, but this white is special, if you love chardonnay. The price varies by years and other factors, but it is worth the splurge for a somewhat special occasion if you are used to cheaper wines. If someone loves dry whites and you don't know what to choose, this is a very safe choice. I love it with fruit, especially strawberries-but any number of fruits, cheeses, and breads bring out its flavor nicely, as well of fish, of course! Its difficult to find a chard that compares in quality without paying more; I have never had one that was comparable and cost less, but I'll keep looking!
