I've tried probably 80% of the cereals in the cereal aisle, and Special K Cinnamon Pecan is one of my favorites. I wasn't too sure about the combination of cinnamon and pecans when I first tried it, but it's great! I'm notorious for eating cereal multiple times a day, and I like the versatile ones. I can put fruit (banana, raisins, dried cherries or cranberries) in this to change it up a bit, or sometimes I even mix it with yogurt. There are usually a lot of nuts in the cereal, too, so that's great. I wouldn't like it if it were just flakes with just enough nuts so that they could put it on the box. In general, I think Special K is a fairly healthy choice. There's probably too much sugar, but it could be much worse. The price is pretty good too. My usual grocery store often has sales on Special K products, and I stock up. It's not usual for me to have 4 to 5 boxes in my pantry at once, and cinnamon pecan has become my go-to.
