Kellogg's Special K Chocolately Drizzle Cereal Bars are awesome! These bars have 90 calories! I do not feel guilty about indulging in this scrumptious treat. These cereal bars have a great texture-they are not hard and sticky, and have a moist texture. The chocolate drizzle provides a nice amount of chocolate that gives these bars a really great flavor. They make a wonderful snack and keep me away from munching on chocolate bars and candies while I am on a diet!

There are lots of bars out there to choose from. If you can catch these Special K bars on sale, then you should buy them in bulk. The chocolate drizzle on these is dark chocolate so if you are not a fan of that then you should avoid them because it is a bit of a strong dark chocolate. If you like dark chocolate, these are great!

For a diet snack calorie wise I guess you can't really complain I just found them a little too dry for my liking. The flavor could of been a little better.. But it's better then nothing if your really trying to lose those pounds and need a little sweet boost.

I love special k bars for a variety of reasons. I will eat them for breakfast occasionally, along with some grapes or something else light. I also use it as an in between meals snack. A worker at my gym explained to me that your body needs to be fed every 3 hours in order to keep your metabolism going and to maintain/lose weight. Of course you won't eat big things every three hours, so a lighter snack is obviously preferable for in between meals. Special K bars are only 90 calories and they taste great. They also come in a variety of favorites, chocolate being one of them. Another good thing about the special k bars is that they make you thirsty which encourages the much needed drinking of water. Special k bars are an all around great snack for between meals and even for after a great workout to refuel your body with a little energy. I have only tried the regular Special K bars so I'm not sure how the protein ones work yet. I will have to check out that review!

These bars are DELICIOUS!  Unlike a lot of other health bars, these bars really do taste good.  I cannot believe they are only 90 calories!  They have this chocolatey moist flavor that just melts in your mouth.  The best part about these bars is that they DO NOT CONTAIN any High Fructose Corn Syrup.  They only contain 8 grams of sugar and 17 grams of total carbohydrates and 1 gram of protein. They are the perfect size to take wherever you go.  I like to take them to school with me and munch on them during my classes.  They come in a box of 6 and can be rather expensive so my advice would be to stock up when they go on sale.  You should also check the Kellogg's website because sometimes they offer manufacturer's coupons.  These bars along with Fiber One Chocolate bars are by far two of the best tasting chocolate bars out there.  I am so grateful these bars do not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup in them as plenty of "healthy" foods do.  This way one can snack guilt free!  I definitely reccomend these bars for an afternoon snack or a guilt free treat! :)

Special K chocolately drizzle bars really do taste good.  They have just enough chocolate flavor and just enough crunch to ward off a candy bar craving.  **The good news about Special K chocolately drizzle bars:** only 90 calories per bar natural flavors* only 1.5 grams of fat only 1 gram of sat fat zero grams of trans fat no cholesterol low in sodium at 105 mg Many weight loss plans and diets recommend snacks under 100 calories Special K bars would qualify.  **The not so good news about Special K chocolately drizzle bars:** While these bars taste good and aren't really bad for you in most of the measurable ways, these bars really don't add any significant nutrition to your diet either.  only 1 gram of protein not enough of any vitamin to write about artificial flavors too* ***My Viewpoint:** * Paired with some fruit for vitamins and fiber, Special K chocolatey drizzle would be a nice snack or dessert.  It would also be a very reasonable lunch box food as a substitute for other high calorie desserts or candy.  They are small at .8 oz but really are tasty enough to feed a sweet tooth.
