I think I have purchased nearly all of the palettes that have come out in Kat von D's line at Sephora. The color selections are always absolutely gorgeous and combine classics with unique shades. I like that each palette has several different finishes in it like mattes and duochromes. You can create so many different looks with these. The first palette of hers that I bought I had a little trouble with fallout but it seems to me like the newer ones are less powdery in formula because I don't have that problem anymore. Also I am married to a tattoo artist and am tattooed myself so I love the tattoo designs on the packaging, looks very beautiful. One warning would be that these shadows seem a bit more fragile than some others. I have dropped two of these palettes and found all the colors shattered, whereas other brand palettes I've dropped seem to have survived better. Might be a packaging design flaw or something. DEFINITELY worth buying for the lovely high quality eye shadows but please be careful with it!

I'm in LOVE with this Kat von D palette! The colors in this palette are absolutely GORGEOUS- I have hazel eyes and the greens made them pop like crazy! I love that the shadows are powdered but yet still creamy and blendable. Just the right amount of shimmer.

Have you ever used MAC or Make Up For Ever brand pressed powder eyeshadows? Do you love the creamy, yet still powder, texture of them? If you answered "yes" to those questions, you'll LOVE Kat von D's eyeshadows, and the True Romance color scheme just happens to be the prettiest of all of her palettes! Don't get me wrong, her colors are generally quite pretty, but who doesn't love the look of bright yellows and greens that go "pop?" First of all, her colors, like I said, are comparable to those from MAC. I like the powder format of them, but they are still easy to blend and have a creamy texture. The pigments are absolutely beautiful and vibrant, and best of all, they STAY ON all day long! No need to buy those primers they will try to sell you (they seldom work). Overall, I love this palette, and so will you! Kat von D's products are of great quality but still have very affordable prices! Highly recommended!

I bought the Kat Von D "Gypsy" palette from Sehora, and I must say it is one of the best products I have used!! These colors are magnificent! I realize many women are miffed about the gold (Brass Knuckles) cream color in the palette. My first thought was "BASE" and I use it as a base under the lighter greens, even at the arch of my brow, then the pretty almost white green higlight color over that! The cream is also excellant for the tear ducts to make your eyes really pop and look more awake! I have done 2 different looks with it so far, and there are many more I can do and will.  This prompted me to get the Beethoven paltte too, and I love it just as much!!  Again, many complain that the color "Black" should not be in every palette, but on this, I beg to differ. For me? I have black hair and brows, so it is excellant for shading my brows, or even using as a liner, it is a must have staple.  I saw many reviews from women who have actualy returned this palette because they do not like the brushes, however I must stress that this palette is very portable, and the brushes, which are tiny, are not meant to put your entire look on with, use your own makeup brushes, toss the palette in your purse, and if you DO need a touch up, which is doubtful, then these tiny very presise brushes can touch up areas individually for you.
