I lost 8 pounds
I absolutely love this product and recommend it to friends and family. I love to work out but I don't always eat the best. I eat little meat but lots of carbs (hello pasta is my fave) so I'm always feeling a little gross and bloated after months of doing this. A friend recommended I try this detox and I was really impressed. I did the 6-day Beginner and made it all 6 days eating only raw fruits and veggies with the KR shakes. I blended them with frozen fruit and water and was REALLY full. I tried drinking with just water and it wasn't enough taste for me (the packets are really bland) but with added fruit it was totally doable. This was a lot easier than other cleanses mostly because you can get the shakes down and you're not starving the whole time. The shakes are a little thick on their own, but I just added extra water (the packets say to add 24oz, but I added 36oz of water and that was a better amount). I even had energy to work out. I emailed the company about suggestions for shakes and the owner got back to me within 10 minutes with a lot of great suggestions. Really nice woman and nice company. I felt really cleansed after the first 3 days and the "cleansing" part sort of slowed down after that, so doing just 3 days is probably enough for most people. I lost 8 pounds by the 6th day and I've only gained back 1 pound. Great product! -Jenn
