I am the proud owner of several of the K&N Air Filters. Not because they are junk, but because i have them installed in all of my vehicles. These filters are well worth the money spent on them. They are backed by a 100% lifetime warranty. Although you will not need that warranty with the K&N Air Filter. This filter will save you a tremendous amount of money on gas. It also improves your vehicles performance. I noticed the gas mileage for a tank of gas rose a lot when i installed the K&N Air Filter. I also noticed an increase in vehicle horsepower. If a person was to go out and buy three good air filters, the cost would be the same as the K&N Air Filter only you never throw this filter away. You just keep on using this one as long as you have the vehicle, unlike the throw away filters that you will buy and replace over and over again. It saves a lot of money having the K&N Air Filter in your vehicle. When it gets dirty, (usually every other oil change) you just put the cleaning solution on it and clean it. Then spray the oil on it to re-charge the filter. The K&N cleaning solution and re-charge kit is reasonably priced and one package lasts at least six times. The air intake on this filter is quadruple what standard throw a ways are.

K&N provides great products to its consumers and I have been lucky enough to be one of those consumers. The product I purcahsed was the K&N Air Filter for my Chevrolet Silverado. It was an easy installation and had immediate impact on the truck's performance. I saw a small horsepower gain which I really like. There was also a difference in the miles per gallon which increased. This helped out my pocketbook a sincere amount. As far as performance goes there is more air volume being pulled into the engine which gave it that power. The filter has little to no maintenance and some times needs to be replace or cleaned. You can actually hear the suction of through the filter when the truck is revved up which is another plus. I am really happy with my purchase and it was a simple yet beneficial modification that I will recommend to my other buddies. I highly recommend K&N products and this air filter.

The K and N air filter I purchased for my F150 8 cylinder was actually cheaper than the one I was going to by for another car of mine. As soon as I put the filter in, I drove my truck and I could feel and hear the difference in the power that I gained from the filter. I also recommend purchasing the cleaner and oil kit for KandN filters to regularly service and clean the filter periodically, as you should do. Easy to use, easy to care for.  The only one you need to buy because K and N is gauranteed for 1 million miles.

We recently installed a K&N air filter on my 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. We love it! It has improved my gas mileage greatly. I don't drive much and used to get gas every other week. Now, with this filter I'm getting gas every 3rd week. Also, you aren't constantly replacing filters. Instead, you can clean it - saves money and is better for the environment.
