I wasn't impressed with the shoes from this site at all. I bought a pair of black boots, and while they only cost me twenty dollars thanks to introductory offer, they were falling apart within a month. Normal price would be $39.99. There's no way I would pay that for these shoes. Two inch pieces of the fake leather were falling off. I didn't expect high quality when I signed up for this site. I thought the shoes would be something along the lines of Payless. I thought they'd be stylish but cheaply made. I knew I wouldn't be getting the best quality, but I expected the shoes to hold a bit better than that. I knew I was signing up for monthly offers from them, and I knew I had to decline it each month or I'd be charged. They were clear about that in the sign up process. After the first pair fell apart, I called to cancel. They did eventually cancel my account but it took a long time. They try several tactics to convince you to stay a member.

The boots have lasted quite well for over a year without breaking down or looking too worn. Ease of Use The design of the website makes it a bit tedious to sort through a lot of options. Product Pricing I was able to get a buy one get one free deal where the forts pair of boots cost $40. This was the best price I could find on quality boots. Shipping and Returns I was able to get free shipping, which was a great help in saving a little bit of money. It also encouraged me to use justfab.com over a couple of other sites that I had looked at that would have charged shipping. Justfab.com also offers free exchanges. This was a great help in buying a present that my wife could not try on before I gave to her. Although they ended up working out, another thing that convinced me to try the site was having the option to exchange them if they didn't fit right. I might not have tried the site without this option.

As the other reviews say, when you first sign up for the site you get your first item half off. I bought a pair of boots as my first purchase and was very happy with the item that I received in the mail. It is a lot of fun to browse through the various sections of the site and I love the colour variety that is presented. They recently opened up a new connected site to their original called Fabletics, which is athletic-wear that is actually really cute a lot of the time. The current members of Just Fab were given a free pair of workout leggings, which I thought was a cool aspect of their site. They seem to have different promotionals at various times for people who are already members of their sites. I received -- and love -- the leggings that they were giving. The only price I had to pay was for shipping, which is a flat rate of $6.99. In order to not have a charge of $39.95 on your card every month, the customer must go on the site to either make a purchase or to "skip the month" by simply clicking the button that says that. The only criticism I would really have for this site would be how to deactivate the account. You have to call in to a customer service number to do so, which I think is more of an inconvenience than anything. But in every other sense, I love the products on this site and recommend it for any shoe lovers!

If you are a shoe lover, justfab.com is a website to check out. They have such a wide range of selection of shoes. I was very surprised that when I went on this website that they had my wife's shoe size. She wanted me to order her shoes for a present and I couldn't believe how many shoes they had had. $40 flat rate for the shoes plus shipping did not seem bad to me (compared to other sites she has had me purchase shoes for her on). Their customer service representatives are friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem getting through within five minutes. How the membership works: Every month, on the first of the month, they send you a personalized email with your personalized selection. You have until the fifth of the month to either 1) Purchase an item 2) Not respond but still be charged the monthly membership of $39.95 and then you will have a credit for your next purchase or 3) Decline/Skip for that month and you will not be charged. I am not impressed with Just Fab. The way Just Fab works is that every thing from shoes to purses is a flat rate of $39.99. You sign up and can get your first item half off. They charge your card $39.99 every month and send you something on your list or give it to you as a credit UNLESS you go online and "skip a month." I ordered a pair of boots using my new customer 50% off discount recently. I was not impressed at all with the quality of the boots. They were cheaply made and not as the online picture made them seem. They only offer free shipping for exchanges. There was nothing else on the site that I wanted and since I wanted to return them I would need to pay $9 to ship them back. I decided to just skip it and sell them on craigslist (which went well.) I called to cancel my account to avoid further charges and the customer service representative was VERY pushy wanting me to stay a customer and would not let me even speak. It took over 15 minutes to cancel my account and I will never purchase from them again.
