I'm addicted to this machine. Literally...I can barely stand to drink coffee anywhere else because this machine makes such amazingly good coffee. Its super easy to use and comes out great every time. Not only can you brew espresso, you can steam milk for lattes or cappuccinos. You will not be disappointed! Brew Performance Amazing every time Ease of Cleaning The only hard part to clean is the actual bean hopper because its not removable. you just have to wipe it out so you can't get to the internal parts. But Ive never had a problem with anything gooping up in it yet so it hasn't been an issue Ease of Use So easy, you can adjust the settings so it brews at the temp and strength that you want it every time Design Showstopper in the kitchen Durability I've had mine for years and it still works just as well as day 1

Rated "Very Good" because "Excellent" isn't an option Brew Performance This high quality workhorse makes it easy to program the number of ounces and strength of espresso you want then push the button. Heats very quickly too. Accepts whole or pre-ground beans. Great, hot crema. The only improvement in performance would be the frother. It's the weakest link and doesn't do a very good job. (We have a small Nespresso and use its terrific frother.) Ease of Cleaning There are several parts requiring cleaning frequently. Descaling tablets are available for order on-line and it takes about 20 min. to descale when the machine prompts you then takes you step-by-step through the process. Easy...just time consuming. Cleaning tablets are also ordered on-line for use after about 180 cups of espresso are counted by the machine's brain. This process takes only a few minutes. The washable physical parts of the Jura clean up beautifully in warm soapy water. Keeps on looking new. Ease of Use This part will definitely spoil you. Heats up to proper tempt. in seconds. Dial in the number of ounces (from 2-8) of coffee you want and the strength (strong, med. or mild) you desire and push the button. Finished? Push again and it automatically rinses so you're ready for the next shot. Doesn't get any easier than that and it doesn't get any better at any price I've tried. Design Only improvement would be a larger water reservoir. This Jura has a hefty footprint, but nothing on the counter is more important so I'm not complaining. I love this machine. Durability I bought this Jura factory refurbished about 4 yrs ago and it continues to be a workhorse. No problems with any part. The plastic parts that collect the grounds are durable and wash up nicely.
