Our founder, James DeVoe, a Chevrolet-Cadillac dealer, had a goal to help people get reliable transportation, even if they’ve been turned down for traditional bank financing. In 1979, he began financing customers at his own car lot. He created Auto Credit seminars to teach other business owners how to do on-site financing in 1986 and founded J.D. Byrider a few years later in 1989.
Mr. DeVoe based his business off of his desire to give customers a chance to be able to improve their credit scores while driving dependable cars with affordable payments that fit into their budgets. When he founded J.D. Byrider, it was with the idea that he could set up a franchise that would help other business owners provide the same benefits to customers across the nation.
For over 25 years, we’ve held true to his original way — the family way — of doing business.
Mr. DeVoe’s vision is why we’ve sold more than 1.2 million cars. I went back inside dealership twice b4 I even left the lot to see about the car mats & he said they were in trunk, which they weren't, so he said he would find some for me, so I called back in couple days & asked him about them & he transferred me to a lady that basically said oh well, but first problem I had with same salesman, was when I went outside after they prepped car to see if they put speaker covers on front speakers that he promised he would get & he didn't bother. All this he promised before I left & he lied. I made a report to Better Business Bureau.

the dealer was strait up and to the point. he told me whats in my rang and helped me fine a good car with my liking. I wanted a 4 wheel drive and that's what I left with. he was clear and also really cool and pro about it all.. no ripe and scam. greatness. Lynel from the west branch was my dealer. I dekota tittle proffer you to him. also if you ask they have car fax. if they don't feel that the car is good for you.. they tell you. Lynel led me to the car that can be trusted.. I went for a truck and left with a sweet and nice jeep liberty. it was in budget and also 4 wheel drive. idc who tells you not to get a car here because my family and I buy here and give 5 stars. best deal ever......

The minute I entered the parking lot I was greeted immediately and on my way to hopefully getting a vehicle. The staff were great more than one jumped in . And the staff were ready for any questions or concerns I had. Within time I was set up with a vehicle and on my way home.
