I work in a beauty supply store and I am always trying new products.  I have found that I like the brand Ion.  They have a complete line of products of shampoos, conditioners, leave in conditioners and many styling aids.  A friend of mine bought the new Ion smooth polish shampoo and did not really care for it so she gave it to me to try and I loved it.  It is fairly inexpensive, too.  It lathers up and cleans my hair of all the build ups from all the other products I use.  This shampoo leaves my hair very soft, managable, shiney and it makes my hair feel strong.  I like to wash my hair twice with this shampoo and then follow up with the smooth polish conditioner.   Other reason I love the smooth polish shampoo is because it does not have a very strong smell.  I have very sensitive skin and alot of fragrance and dyes in hair products irritate my skin but this shampoo has very little of either one.
