I received samples of the Infusium 23 shampoo and I really liked the way it cleaned and left my hair and scalp so I decided to go ahead and buy a full size bottle of the shampoo and conditioner. I still love the shampoo but the conditioner left more to be desired in more than one area. First of all, the color of this isn't exactly white. It's kind of an off yellow color and it doesn't really look the way I would like my conditioner to look. I'm not sure if it's a chemical or extract or what that causes the odd color but it's just not appealing to me for some reason. Secondly, the shampoo smells really good but the conditioner just doesn't pop to me. It smells a little more like an animal shampoo to me than a human shampoo. It's subtle and it's as if they tried to give it a perfume smell but it just doesn't smell the way I would like my hair to smell. It isn't citrusy or floral or fruity, it's something else I can't put my finger on but it's just not a good smell. It isn't unpleasant by any means but it isn't nice either. The conditioner is supposed to "infuse" your hair with moisture but I just don't notice that as much with this. It leaves more to be desired in that department as well. It does condition but I felt as if I had to add a lot of extra conditioner to my three feet of hair. My hair is long, but with less pricey conditioners I got better results and better conditioning. I notice that it doesn't help my dry scalp any or my boyfriend dandruff too much at all and when I try to use more product to make up for the conditioning power, I end up feeling a little greasy after my hair is all dried and styled. I'm just not overly impressed with this product, especially for the higher price. It may be a good conditioner if you're out of other options but the next time I pay more for a conditioner, it won't be this one. All that being said, the shampoo is amazing and I love it! Effectiveness It conditions some but if you use too much you're greasy. If you use too little you don't get very good results. Just not worth it for me. It didn't do a lot in my case. I loved the shampoo but the conditioner was a fail for me. Scent I just do not like the smell. It's subtle but it smells a bit like cat or horse shampoo or something for me. The scent isn't unpleasant or stinky, but it's just not nice either.

A good conditioner can make all the difference in managing the hair and I have used several that I find acceptable or better. One that I have used with decent results is Infusium 23 Conditioner. Conditioner Facts and Commentary: Infusium 23 Conditioner is a thick white/yellowish conditioner with a scent that is soapy and slightly perfumed. The conditioner is sold in a large bottle and with moderate to minimal usage, it should last a long time. Conditioners are used for different reasons, but the primary reason to use this or any other conditioner is for the moisturizing properties and the softness of the hair. Infusium 23 Conditioner is good at both adding moisture to the hair and scalp and at softening the strands of hair, but I don't find the moisturization quite as intense as with other conditioners. If my scalp is feeling exceptionally dry, I find that this product isn't quite enough to replenish the moisture and make my scalp and hair feel the way a conditioner should make them feel. Infusium 23 Conditioner is a little pricier than other conditioners and when I consider what it can do compared to others that are less expensive, it makes me question the value of this product. It is also a little less readily available than others and is often absent from the store shelves. Bottom Line Viewpoint: I use conditioners on occasion and Infusium 23 Conditioner has made its way into my bathroom more than once, usually because there is a special deal going on that makes the conditioner half- priced when purchased with a bottle of Infusium 23 shampoo. It works okay, but there are other conditioners that work better and cost less. Effectiveness This product conditions the hair to a satisfactory degree, but not as well as others. Scent This conditioner has a soapy/sightly perfumed scent that most consumers, male and female, will find to their liking.

First I will say, the only thing that kept me from making this a 5 star review was the price!! I am a busy, budget concious momma, so I have to seek out the deals whenever I can. I understand that with quality comes a higher price at times, so I depend on coupons to get me a deal with this conditioner. With that being said, once I used Infusium 23 Conditioner, I never went back! I have very thick hair, with a little bit of wave, and I like to wear it long, so I tend to live with a lot of frizz! Infusium makes it so much easier to handle! And when I run out and have to use a subsititute...well, there just isn't one! Gotta get another bottle with a quickness!!! Besides the wonderful things it does for my hair...I LOVE the smell!!! It lasts all day and Makes me feel like I've been to a salon!

I have been Infusium products for several years and "discovered" them on sale at a drugstore in NYC. They were offered at a buy one, get one free discount, and, in my efforts to be thrifty, I picked them up. The conditioner is amazing! My hair is very thick and very fine and tangles easily. My hairdresser gave me a tip to rub conditioner in sideways to permeate the follicles, and Infusium really did the job getting the tangles out and assuring an easy-combing experience. My little granddaughter has thick, curly, coarse hair, and the "no more tangles" stuff was simply not doing the trick. I recommended Infusium 23 to her mother, and both of my "girls" could not be happier with their hair. I also receive lots of compliments about my shiny tresses!

I have long hair and so a good conditioner is very important to me because the less time I have to spend combing the tangles out of my hair the better.  I also hate condtioners where I have to spend 10 minutes in the shower trying to get it out.  With that being said, the Infusium Conditioner was easy to wash out, but also got the tangles out of your hair.  The price is pretty high for not being a natural conditioner without any of the chemicals in it though.  This is something that I buy, but only when it is on sale.  I would recommend this product to people who are not shy about spending a pretty penny on their hair.  I find no cons about this product besides the price and felt other than that it left my hair feeling nice and was easily to brush out.   I would definately recommend this product to anyone has problems with residue being left in their hair from conditioners and are having trouble brushing out their hair.

This conditioner is the absolute best. It is fairly inexpensive,and Rocks! I have never found another conditioner that works like this one does. I love it. I have used salon types,and tried almost every conditioner out there,but nothing ele compares to the results I get when I use Infusium 23. I have curly frizzy hair,and it is difficult to find a single product that will tame my wild mane without making it look greasy and unwashed,so when I tried this product,and seen how wonderful my hair looked,and felt,I stopped using anything else,so if you want your hair to look and smell great,than this is definitely the product for you. They even make the leave in conditioner to go with it. Your money will not be wasted if you purchase this conditioner. My entire family uses it,and I have even told people shopping in the conditioner aisle,that they should give it a try. The best part is that the manufactures actually send out coupons for it,so you save money,and still look great!

I really like this product because I do notice a difference in my hair and it is important that I have products that actually do what they claim because I use a relaxer in my hair regularly and it is very damaging. I always have a bottle of Infusium 23 in the house even if I am using another product for the time being. The Frizz-ologie is great at fighting frizz as well! :)

I didn't think there was a product on the market that could solve my extreme hair problems. Years of processing had left it dry and lifeless. Because I spend a lot of time outdoors, the sun had also done its damage. I've tried plenty of conditioners and treatments to try to revive what used to be a pretty healthy head of curls, but they made my hair feel heavy and limp. I wanted to restore the bouncy curls and bring back the shine. My sister recommended I try Infusium 23, and I'm so glad I did. I could feel the difference, from the first application. My hair felt silky and strong. In the course of just a few weeks, Infusium 23 has done away with the frizz and dryness and brought back the bounce and luster that I had years ago. Best of all, other people have noticed and commented on how healthy and shiny my hair looks. I love that my hair feels clean -- not heavy and weighed down as it had with other conditioners. The fragrance is great, too.
