The particular one I use comes in a 2 ounce pouch which is just the right size for 1-2 people to add to their meal as a side dish. Being made from real Idaho potatoes and easy to make sums it up pretty good. This is also a gluten free product and it can be made on your stove top or in the microwave, just so you know. Nutrition: There are approximately 3 cups of potatoes in this pouch which states that there are 180 calories in a serving with 60 in fat. But yet the overall fats is equivilant to 0 mgs along with no cholesterol. It has 17 Carbohydrates and is low in sugars coming in at only 1 gram.
