I have made several purchases at ICE.com and have only had one problem with not shipping an item. The jewelry is not high end but it is great to send to someone to just say "thinking of you". Ease of Use The site is very easy to use. I really like the feature of the jewelry on a video worn on a model. I also like the picture of the jewelry, say earrings, on an outline of a head with size on the ears, it is a good visual. I have never had an issue trying to purchase or using a discount code. Product Selection The selections are pretty standard, nothing exciting, nothing really cool or hip but there are classic pieces and a lot of stuff for mom or for a teen's first diamonds. Not real expensive but nice enough to give as a gift. Product Pricing I think the prices are very reasonable and fair for what you get. I often use a promo code or discount code and have gotten some very good deals on gifts for friends. Customer Service I have only had to use Customer Service once. An item was purchased as a holiday gift in December, I was notified rather quickly that the items was no longer available and I ordered another item similar, it mailed out and I thought it was done. A few months later I got an email that my jewelry was in the mail and I saw a bill on my credit card statement for jewelry I had not ordered. I contacted ICE.com, they told me to "mail the item back when it arrived". I explained the how it was the first item ordered and canceled by ICE.com and how I ordered another similar item and it was a gift sent to my stepmother. I told ICE.com I would not be calling my folks and telling them, sorry, that gift is not for you and could you please drive 100 miles one way( rural MT) to drop it at a Fed Ex, in the winter, and they are old. ICE.com did the right thing and absorbed the cost. Shipping and Returns Shipping as always been rather quick and the little blue boxes that the items are shipped in are adorable, it is definitely a Tiffany ripoff but they are nice looking. I have always gotten free shipping with ICE.com so that is great. I have never returned anything because so far everything has been wonderful.

I always had a great experience with Ice.com. Not only the jewelries were always as described but they also offer an outstanding service and prompt attention to their customers. My favorite jewelries that my boyfriend bought from Ice.com for me were sapphire and ruby rings. The only issue that I had once was the inappropriate size of the ring, but it was not Ice's fault. My boyfriend ordered a larger size because we were at the beginning of our relationship and he was not too familiar with the size of my finger. When I received the ruby ring, it was one size larger than desired, but Ice.com took care of the issue promptly. First, my boyfriend called Ice.com and was given an RMA, which stands for the return merchandise authorization number. Then they immediately e-mailed my boyfriend a pre-paid shipping label that he needed when he returned the ring. Shortly thereafter, Ice.com mailed the right sized ring. All these transactions were made at no additional cost for my boyfriend. So, the only inconvenience for me was the time I had to wait until I was able to wear that beautiful ring! I highly recommend Ice.com.

I bought my mother an amethyst and white gold ring from ice.com. I wasn't sure what it would look like in person and was a little wary. Once I received it, I knew my mother would love it! The pictures did no justice to the ring. The amethyst (not sure of the carat size - ~2.5 Carats) was huge and cut beautifully. Mom wears it all the time and makes sure to give me credit when bragging to her friends!

It is sad that ICE.com will give you info such as carat weight ect on the item's description, & they will say that the pink diamonds are enhanced are but they do not disclose HOW they have been enhanced or the TYPE OF TREATMENT! Many people have bought pink diamond jewelry from ICE.com without knowing that the pink diamond is actually just a genuine WHITE diamond (most likely a poor quality one) that has been COATED to be pink! Unlike HTHP or irradiation which enhances the color of a genuine pink diamond (meaning the diamond had to have the natural internal properties to turn pink in nature) COATING is such a fraud & is not a permenant treatment! You can turn any diamond into any color you want with a coating but you can't do that with irradiated or HTHP treated colored diamonds. AVOID BUYING "pink" diamond jewelry from ICE.com & before you do buy a colored diamond make sure you ask about the specific type of enhancements the diamond has undegone. If they answer vaguely, cannot answer or tell you it's a coating or bonding to acheive the color DO NOT BUY IT! Coated colored diamonds should be ILLEGAL in my opinion.

I really wanted to like these...unfortunately I didn't. They actually got some good reviews so I gave them a try. I guess people's expectations weren't that high since they only cost $350. I wasn't expecting them to be spectacular at that price but if I'm going to spend that on earrings then I do expect to at least be happy. The picture on line made them look like they would have a little sparkle. I didn't think they would sparkle like a white diamond, I'm not naive but I did expect a little. I was disappointed because not only did they not sparkle, at all. But they also had markings on the top. I don't think you can call them inclusions because you can't really see into a black diamond the way you can into a white diamond but there were clearly markings on them and the surface was smooth so I wouldn't call them scratches. I don't want to be all negative though because just because I didn't like the purchase that I made they did have a great payment policy, shipping was fast and the return was very easy. I may shop there again for those reasons but won't be purchasing black diamond earrings again.
