I had complained before about buying a case with warped bottles, and was send replacement coupons, well deserved. As I drank slanted spilling bottles of your water. I was treated poorly the second time that I had reported this to your company, and not even rewarded with a coupon, when i provided them pictures and everything. the bottles are made from thin cheap plastic and they don't stand up. And here over time , I can see that your quality control has done nothing about it, I will buy other brand now. Your customer service was rude this time, and not very good with an angry customer. you lost a BIG customer, and I will tell all my friends too. I have lots of them.

When I first started drinking ice mountain, I thought it tasted weird, but now, there is no other water for me...I even got my wife drinking it, and this I would never have believed. When you are really hot, this is when it is the best (of course is has to be cold to be at its best....Again, come it some time to get used to the taste, it will go away after a while

Im pregnant and i tried this water and it tastes like gel is in the water or something. I buy kroger brand water and it tastes just fine. This water has a veryyy funny taste thats not right.

I have bought ice mountain by the case for years and just about a month ago the water started tasting very bitter. I was able.to buy a few cases at a different store that tasted clean, but I just threw away another case I bought today making that the 6th bitter case I bought in the past month. I am DONE with ice mountain.

It's barely drinkable to me, just trying to finish the case I bought and will never get again. I can't quite describe it but most other bottled water has never made me question the taste and this definitely does that. It's best straight out of the fridge cold, which still isn't great but bearable, after it starts to warm up it just starts getting worse and worse. Not my forte.

I personally think this is the worst bottled water on the market it taste like the plastic it was produced in I would not recommend to a friend or family member and only drink smart water

I can honesty say that this is the only brand of bottled water that does not taste like metal in my mouth. It tastes fresh and is one of the only brands of water that I can enjoy drinking.
