I have this Husqvarna mower with the added feature of self propulsion or push.  The self propulsion has a great added feature of speed adjustment on-the-fly without losing a step.  The large rear wheels help to insure a comfortable, yet safe and ergonomic operation.  This mower is extremely lightweight, yet it is one tough son-of-a-gun.  I used to work at a Snapper dealership, so it took me an awful lot of convincing and testing before I buried my reluctant feelings to switch.  In this mower, you DO have to pay for quality; however, you'll be making an investment in your lawn's care and beauty, rather than a BIG purchase.

I have had the Husqvarna Push Mower for 3 years now and I love it. It has never given us any trouble and happily mows the lawn no matter the height. It has a self propelled setting, but I never use it as the mower is light and already seems to want to go. I can mow my yard in under 45 minutes with this beast and it only feels like 30! I can prime it and  start it on my first or second try (female reviewer here!)! It never fails me and I don't feel like I need a man do to it for me, the mower makes it so easy. It has a great collector that I can put on it and it will mulch my grass. All in all this is a wonderful mower and though I will have it many more years, I know my next mower will also be a Husqvarna!

Several years ago I bought a Husqvarna 6.5 HP push mower and it is excellent. After several years, it is in excellent condition both in terms of the body durability and motor functionality. The body and paint are very durable and have lasted many mowings. It is equipped with a Briggs and Stratton mower that is very durable. The mower and pull start work easily and I never have to pull many times to get the motor started. I have cut throught thick patches of grass and it rarely boggs. It gives a very consistent cut and can be used both with the bag or bagless. Over the time that I've own this mower, I've only had to do routine maintenence as nothing else was needed. This mower was a bit more expensive than some of the other comparable models, but well worth the money as it has outlasted any of the other mowers that I've purchased. Overall I would not only buy this mower again, but highly recommend this push mower to others.
