To me a dishwashers job is to clean the dishes, that's all, pain and simple. This machine didn't do it! We had it for a short time in a home, I tried cleaning it thinking that was the problem then used more or less soap and still the dishes came out dirty. We ended up prewashing the dishes in the sink before putting them in the machine. So not worth it in my books! We quickly replaced it with something Much better! Noise Level Loud!! Our new dishwasher is much quieter. This one we didn't want to run it at night or during nap time. Our new one we do that all the time! While I believe there is no dishwasher that is perfectly quiet this one was on the other extreme. Cleaning Time This dishwasher didn't take very long to complete its cycles, in fact our new one takes much longer. But if they don't get clean its not really worth it. Loading Flexibility There was different ways of loading but I couldn't figure out a way to get the dishes clean no matter which way we put them. Sad really. Performance Prewashing dishes in the sink before putting them in the dishwasher because you know they wont get clean is not good ever! Design The design is ok, I didn't mine the look in the kitchen too much although I do like a handle for a towel. Durability I am going to mark this middle of the road since we replaced ours before it died. We didn't have any other issues with it and never had a repairman out since we were just going to replace it anyway. If I had an option of N/A I would do that instead.
