Shady, shady business. If you say ANYTHING other than that they are perfect they will refuse any contact with you. My mom and cousin BOTH got ignored, no returned calls or emails, and they stopped them from commenting on facebook. They can't last if they can't take criticism. I can't support such a character-less business.

Good concept and decent donuts but the worse shopping experence I have ever had.  They do not respond to emails or phone calls.  They sent me the wrong items and refused to correct the mistake. Literally - refused! Their shipping costs are VERY high so I expected to be shipped the correct items. I have never had a company flat out refuse to fix a mistake they made.  It was a huge disappointment and hassle. I have since talked to many other people who had the same bad experience with them.  I think they grew too fast and the bad customer service is a result of this.   I would never order from them again.  You can find donuts that are half the price and just as good - and save yourself the upset from being treated so poorly.

So, I changed my mind about Holey Donuts. I promoted the heck out of them, got 20 of my friends to friend them on facebook, and ordered a shipment, even though the California shipping is crazy high (not their fault).  Their donuts are pretty darn good (avoid the donut holes--dry, crusty waste of money), but their customer service SUCKS! They blocked me from asking questions on their fb, won't return emails or calls, and can't take constructive criticism. Most businesses like that are doomed to fail, and that's sad because it was a good product. I don't like supporting businesses without integrity. I wouldn't believe their satisfaction guarantee for anything.

**HoleyDonut!** I must confess (hiding in the utility room the kitchen with powdered sugar ALL over my face, shirt and jeans)... the FedEx box just arrived with my first order of 4 boxes new Triple Powdered Low Fat Winter Donuts - I peaked inside of 1 box - **AND THEN ATE AN ENTIRE BOX** including spooning ALL the excess powdered sugar off the bottom!!!These are the BEST ever - now if only you could invent a "1-donut-dispenserw/lock" so this wouldn't happen again . See what your personal customer service has created????Congrats on another great interpretation of donuts and Thanks for continued excellent service.
