This TV is a great deal for the size. There are plenty of TV's to spend more money on, but I chose plasma because of the sharpness and trueness of colors, without blurring that so  often is visible watching sports on poor LCD's. I love my TV!

for first time user of a big screen TV, we had difficulty finding the extra on switch that is located under the screen.  there was no indication of that in the instruction.  The service department was helpful and friendly so that aided our hook up.  Now we just have to learn all the features that are included.  Overall a good experience
