If I could, I'd rate this product over a 10! I've always been a true fan of Herbal Essences, but ever since I started use the DeGunkify Tingly Deep Cleaning shampoo, it has saved me & my hairs sanity!! I have very thin, straight hair & this shampoo makes it feel lighter & easier to manage. Not many men I know will use a ladies shampoo, but my husband has even used it & it has also helped his dry scalp to a maximum! I defiantly recommend this to friends & family, not to mention the price is amazing!! Effectiveness Amazing! Makes my hair so clean, light & manageable! The only other time I could style my hair was when it would be freshly cut, but now with this I find it way easier to have my hair up, down, styled with out it feeling heavy & "dirty" even after shampooing. Scent Perfect scent! My mom who has scent allergies even can use this! Win, Win! I feel safe using on my children, if they run out as well. I have gotten a lot of compliments from how fresh my hair smells & looks! :)

This product does what it says it will do! It gives your hair a really deep clean and takes all the junk out of your hair. If you are like me and use a lot of product during the day, this shampoo will get it right out of it! It works really great in the summer time! It removes all the sweat and oil from your hair that is brought by the sun and heat. I would not recommend using it in the winter. It really strips your hair of all the gunk and I think it would take the moisture out completely in the winter. I would not use it with dry hair either. It works well with oily hair. Effectiveness It is highly effective. It really gives you a deep clean and takes everything out of your hair. It will leave your hair feeling really clean. It works well on thick hair. Scent The scent is great! The only downfall is that there is no matching conditioner. I have not found a conditioner that I love with this yet due to scent. I have not found one that mixes well with the scent of this shampoo. It smells great by itself though.

I have always loved the Herbal essences line of hair products. This specific shampoo was my favorite. It is so hard for me to find this "Herbal essences Drama clean Degunkify tingly deep cleaning shampoo" in stores near me but I have always had great luck with this product. It does exactly as it says "Degunkifies". I always use a ton of styling products in my hair such as mousse, gel, leave in conditioner, and lots of hair spray. My hair always seems to feel weighed down. After using this stuff you will feel so relieved as well as your hair. It looks beautiful and feels light and silky. I absolutely loved it and would recommend this to anyone who uses lots of hair products like I do. Effectiveness This shampoo is very effective. After one wash you will notice how completely different your hair feels. It gets rid of all the oils you probably didn't know you had. It also strips your hair of all the harsh chemicals that weigh it down from hair products. You wont be disappointed. Scent This stuff smells amazing. It has a nice fresh scent, but not overpowering. I still smelled it in my hair the next day after washing my hair.

The first time I used this, I loved it. It smelled amazing and my hair felt so light and clean. But as I continued to use it, washing my hair every day, it became dry and straw-like. Effectiveness In a way, it works too good. It takes out all the bad stuff AND the good stuff like moisture.

They get me every time with their scents. I can smell the pineapple and a mish mash of other scents - all good. The shampoo lathers really well and does tingle a bit. I love the tingle. The lather is thick and rich and I definitely feel like my hair is getting super clean. But I also worry that it is being stripped of color and oils. When I am done washing my hair, it is very squeaky clean. I use a conditioner after as I always do and then I blow dry without using any styling products to give my hair a break. This shampoo, indeed, gets rid of all the residue from mousses, gels, sprays, and other hair styling products. It leaves my hair a touch dry but not overly so. It also leaves it nicely scented. As far as measuring up to Aloe Rid, it's hard to tell. Both get rid of residue from styling products and leave my hair squeaky clean. I think this shampoo dries my hair a touch whereas Aloe Rid doesn't, but still I do like this. The scent and the tingle are fun and the results are good. I will use this shampoo every couple of weeks to degunk it. It only cost me three bucks for the bottle and it will last months. And, unless it strips my hair of color or dries it out terribly, I will continue to use it. I like it, I really like it! ***My Viewpoint*** This shampoo is inexpensive yet it works well. It gets rid of all that gunk in my hair that my gentle shampoos don't and it leaves my hair squeaky clean. I worry it will dry my hair out but only using it a couple of times a month won't hurt my hair. I like the scent and the tingle as well as the results. ***4 stars***.

I have extremely oily hair and skin, and I often find it difficult to get my hair really clean.    can wash my hair at night and it will be stringy by morning, or wash it in the morning and have to put it up in a bun by the afternoon. With a lot of shampoos, even after washing twice, I still find that my hair looks stringy after it dries.  I've had to use dish soap to get it really clean on occasion.  I'd taken to carrying around octopus clips so I can put my hair up if it gets really bad while I'm out. This shampoo not only smells great it actually works.  Two rounds of rinse and repeat and I actually have shiny clean hair.  That hasn't happened since I hit puberty.  Extra points for it lasting, it degreases my hair well enough that it still looks clean the next day, and I can rotate it with Drama Clean for a few days before it needs its next deep cleaning. It has a very nice fruity smell, with a faint trace of menthol.  The menthol makes your scalp tingle just a little bit.   On the whole it's a great product for people with extremely oily hair.

This Herbal Essence's Degunkify Tingling Deep Cleaning Shampoo is really the best I have found for getting rid of chlorine out of frequent swimming daughter's hair.  Previously we had tried numerous anti-chlorine shampoos and none of them worked as well as this shampoo at taking out both the actual chlorine as well as the chlorine smell, and leaving hair soft, clean, and manageable.  Shampoo also leaves a really nice fragrance in hair after using it.  I have also used this shampoo for hair that is extremely oily and it has worked really well to completely remove oily buildup.  If you leave the shampoo on for a few minutes after lathering, it also gives your scalp a really refreshing tingling sensation, much like I remember from a no longer available shampoo that my dear departed Dad used to use (and that I borrowed on many occasions for that very reason). The only problem I have experienced with this shampoo is that recently I've had some trouble finding the product in local brick and mortar stores and have had to order from an online vendor.

I found this shampoo in the clearance section at my local grocery store, which is not where I normally buy hair care products, but I thought I would give it a try. I was so intrigued by the icy pineapple scent! And I am used to really great products because I used to work in a salon and got a great price on the good stuff. When something says it is going to be tingly, I think of Paul Mitchell's tea tree line of products which are by far my favorite products on the planet. I was disappointed with this shampoo in comparison. It did clean my hair very nicely and left it smelling great but I felt absolutely no tingle. That being said I really like the product and if I could actually find it anywhere I might be tempted to buy it again.

Herbal Essences Drama Clean DeGunkify Deep Cleaning Shampoo is a great product! I love Herbal Essences new line of hair products. Drama Clean DeGunkify Deep Cleaning Shampoo is one of the best of the new line. This type is specifically made to be a deep cleaning/gunk remover and it really works. I have read that it's good to use a deep cleaning/gunk removing shampoo at least once a week. I use a lot of hair products like hairspray and gel, so I need something to get rid of the build-up now and then. This product does the job well. Drama Clean Shampoo comes in an attractive bright green bottle. It smells wonderful. It feels wonderful on my head and lathers up rich and luxurious. Best of all, this product makes my head tingle and it feels great! It feels like it's working hard to clean my hair. It's a pleasure to use. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a clean hair experience try this great product.
