Herbal Authority Aloe Vera Gel is one of the best natural remedies ever. We know that Aloe Vera is good for drinking which aides in a lot of illnesses, but it is also great to aid externally for burns, cuts, rashes, sunburn and to moisturize the skin and scalp. It is just a great product.

I have some issues with joint stiffness related to lupus. Basically I have some swelling. It clears but hurts when it's flaring up. It could be much worse, so I'm not complaining. I read that aloe ingested could help with joint pains. I use aloe for skin, so I like aloe. I wasn't familiar with aloe in liquid form, but I looked around and found Aloe Gel by Herbal Authority. Aloe Gel comes in a semi-clear plastic bottle like sodas and such. The size I buy is 32 oz. Since it only takes a little per day, that does last a long time. The directions say to take 2 ounces 1 to 3 times per day. I just mix a TBS in some juice or Gatorade once per day when I have joint aches. I really can tell a difference when I use Aloe Gel.I think it gets in my system and acts like a lubricant. My joints ease up quick when using this. As far as the taste, I must say that Aloe Juice is kind of thick and gloppy. That's why I mix mine. I can drink it straight up, but yuck. Though I use Aloe Gel for joint issues, I did notice when doing my research that it's good for hangovers. I can't speak to that, but maybe that tidbit will help some out there. If it does work for that, be sure to leave a comment. I was curious when I read that bit of info, but I didn't want to do my own testing.

Good quality Aloe, next best thing to the real plant.  You can also open the gelcaps to apply directly to the skin.  Use daily or as needed for any skin issues you may have,  Aloe Vera is a natural healer from nature.

I love Herbal Authority Aloe Vera Gel. This is a great product. Aloe is a necessary product to have in your home for so many reasons. Having this available in a bottle is so much easier than growing an aloe vera plant. Great for the whole family. A year around product.

I have an aloe vera plant in the kitchen for stovetop burn emergencies, but when I'm on a beach holiday, I don't always have an aloe vera plant nearby.  This gel is great for relieving sunburn, especially for the first few days after sun overexposure (which is not too healthy...), and keeps the skin from drying, itching, and peeling.  It's good for cracked skin, too, in the wintertime, far less expensive than urea creams and lotions.

The store I went to yesterday was out of Aloe Vera. The particular brand is rare to find apparently. It's good for minor cuts and abrasions and an excellent make up remover,and leaves the skin soft and supple.
