Healthy Choice is a frozen dinner for people trying to shed a few pounds. Usually these are not very good. I was very please with the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken is not a gross rubbery substance, it is a white piece of meat which is juicy and flavorful. The noodles cook just right and the sauce is not watery or bland. It does not have a gross taste whatsoever. All you need to do is store it in a freezer, take one out when you're ready, slice a ventilation slit on top, throw it in the microwave for about five minutes, let it sit for two minutes, peel off the plastic, mix & your're ready to eat! It's that simple. I am going to state that this food does not taste like the normal crap frozen dinners we all used to get. These are quality ingredients. The sodium count is lower, which is another reason I buy Healthy Choice and not the other frozen dinners. These are perfect portions, it looks small but it is extremely filling. This is the amount of food we SHOULD be eating when we portion out our meals. So to conclude, Healthy Choice is an EXCELLENT choice and you should all start trying different meals to help yourself out. :)
