I'd like to know where all the positive reviews are coming from. I've never received a $20 credit for a cancelled item. They often don't even alert you. I've received clothes that literally fell apart and got a "sorry, you probably didn't wash it correctly" or "you knew the no return policy when you bought it." Customer service doesn't even read your correspondence. They give infuriatingly stupid and unhelpful answers with a mix of condescending behavior. These people are the worst. If you've had good luck, well, I bet your luck will run out eventually. I'm trying to warn anyone who will listen. Currently, I am STILL WAITING on beauty orders, and customer service has this attitude of "don't bother us." It'll arrive when it arrives. Disgusting. And to the beauty editor who posted a review on here: GOOD FOR YOU!!! I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE LETTING PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS SITE! Truly a big thank you to you.
