I registered and received this iron for my wedding shower, which was eight years ago. It has been great! I have enjoyed having it much more than I would have expected. I am not much for ironing, but if I have to do it, I want an iron that works for me. This is that iron. It heats up quickly. It is lightweight and easy to use. The cord length is great. My FAVORITE feature about this iron is the auto shut-off. I cannot tell you how many times I have forgotten to turn off my iron (usually in the middle of a sewing project). I go check it and thankfully it has shut off. I have mostly used this iron for sewing projects. It works so well to press hems or to get the wrinkles out of my fabrics. It also has worked great for applying patches or iron-on transfers. I have gotten something sticky on it once (that I recall) and it came off very easily; I just had to wipe it off. Safety The auto shut-off feature is brilliant. After not being used for a while, the iron will cool off on it's own. Durability I have been using this iron for 8 years. It's still as good as new!

It has powerful steam to remove wrinkles with a feature that has a blast of steam for stubborn wrinkles. With the vertical steam feature you can remove wrinkles and creases with the garment hanging up. The nonstick plate resists starch buildup and easily glides over any kind of fabric. It is has a self-cleaning feature for easy care.
