This was so good I ate the whole pint, something I haven't done in several years. It is similar to Haagen Dazs' Salted Caramel Gelato which was out of stock. I am happy that I had to try this instead because it is delicious with the swirls of caramel inside. Though the ingredients contain soy lecithin, this was a splurge for me. I had heartburn and wanted something cold quickly as I was out shopping, running errands and had had a physical therapy treatment prior to shopping and ultimately buying this product. Their website lists product ingredients clearly which I find to be very helpful. I first tried Haagen Dazs in Boulder, Colorado in the 1980's. I was not aware of the product before being on vacation and stopping in their store. I'm happy their products are more readily available in many stores where I shop. I don't live in a large metropolitan area so I long for more choices of stores I like to visit, and products I want to purchase. This is good, I suggest you try it.
