I got this phone earlier in the year because I wanted to try a touchscreen phone. this was perfect for me to learn on. It is easy to use and has some cool features like if you turn it sideways it moved the screen to the side. The camera is a good pixel size so you can get good pics. I use mine for internet and calls thats about it I dont need a fancy application phone. The bad is that it constantly locks itself and you have to hit the side or touch screen. Also mine also has a oil slick under the screen that came up a few months ago. The camera and lock button is right next to eachother so if you hit the camera button by accident and put it in your pocket it will drain your battery because it wont go to sleep. the reception is pretty good on it i do get a few dropped calls but nothing as bad as older phones.    Another bad thing this phone is no longer for sale and they have no updates for it. There have been some issues with these phones that the manufacturer didnt tell T-Mobile so they stopped selling them. So buyer beware.

It's an ok phone.  I don't like having to unlock my phone everytime I make a call or have to use the number pad.  Took it to a T-Mobile store and the unlock feature is off.  Clerk can't figure why it keeps coming up.  Also I have what looks like a water mark on the screen of the phone.  It appeared shortly after I bought it.  They don't know why.  Doesn't affect the phone other then when the screen goes black.

I was very excited when i got my T-Mobil Tap phone. This is my first touch phone so i must admit i do not know the difference in touch phones other than using a friends touch phone that they have from Sprint. I enjoy the fact that its all on the screen instead of having to flip things and have to worry about something breaking off. I love all the options that came with my phone. I found that its quite easy to use once you take the time to read through the manual. At first since i am a new user for this type of phone i had a tough time getting the screen to do what i wanted until my friend showed me with hers and i took the time to read my manual that came with my phone. I love the fact that its very easy to download music and pictures into my phone. I just plugged the usb cable into my computer and there was no hassle in my computer recognising it and figuring out how to use it. Within the first hour of having the phone i had downloaded  quite a few things. There is only two things that i found that i dislike about my phone. Even though i turned off the lock on my screen i noticed that when i am trying to call and i get stuck having to inpute numbers to choose an option for the place that i am calling that has an automated system that my phone locks and i have to hold the unlock button a few seconds, then i can push the keyboard option,  and input the number i need to choose to speak to the right person on the other end. It can get rather frustrating and most of the time since i have to do that i miss hearing some options and have to go through them again. I looked in my maual and did not find anything about that. The only thing i found was that you can turn off the screen lock which i did but then it still does that when i am calling. The second thing i myself dislike is that when you are texting and you flip the phone to have the keyboard come up that the letters are close and the send button you can hit rather easy and everytime i am texting 8 times out of ten i am sending a message before i am done with it. I wish the send button was in a different spot on the touch keyboard. Other than those two things i am very happy with my t-mobil tap and if i had to rate it using a scale of 1-10 i would rate it an 8

I just recently purchased the T-Mobile Tap. At first the phone was frustrating, it does take time to get used to compared to other smart phones. I love it now, its light-weight and easy to use. Everything is at the tip of my finger! I am on my phone all day long. If I'm not texting or making calls, I am using the internet or listening to music. The battery life of this phone is great! I can go two days without charging it! One downfall to the phone is, I have a few problems with the phone freezing for a few seconds. Other then that it's a good phone. I recommend it to anyone who is interested!

I got T-mobile's new Tap and so far it's the best phone I've got lately. I have never gotten a touch screen cell phone before so this is new to me.  I love the keyboard. It is easy to use. Although while texting it takes a while for your message to appear. This phone sometimes freezes so that's not good. Overall this phone is awesome.
