This was the first and last time I will order from this company. The product was Winter Wonder Land projector. They showed it as being clear and bright. Instead it was dull, lacking color . A total misrepresentation of the quality of product.

I ordered a Christmas gift in November. They called the beginning of Dec and said it was back ordered and would be here 12/23. It has not arrived. When I called to find out why they said it would be here Jan25th. How nice. Only one month after Christmas. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

When I first found HSN.com, I had a good experience when shopping there. The quality of the merchandise could be good or poor depending on what you order. I have received cheap products and high quality products. You have to watch what you're ordering and if the item is too good to be true, it's usually really cheap! I always received exactly what I ordered. However, after my last experience I decided I would never shop there again. I had a problem with an order I had received as they sent me the wrong size. I asked to return it and exchange it for the right size that I originally wanted. Everything went smooth, until I saw a charge for the shirt I exchanged this for on my credit card bill. I couldn't believe how this happened. I contacted them immediately and told them I had already paid for the item and it was only an exchange. I was told they would put the money back on my card, and it was just a mistake. The problem was it took me calling them twice to finally get the money back. That's a lot of headache and it shouldn't have ever happened in the first place. I vowed I will never use this site again after that experience. That was a year ago and I haven't been back since. Ease of Use They have a decent site that is easy to use. It just has poor customer service. Product Selection HSN.com has a really huge variety of products, some are cheap and generic products and some are really high quality. You just need to know what you're ordering. Customer Service HSN.com has poor customer service. Shipping and Returns Shipping is excellent, but their returns are a hassle. Especially when they charge you for something you had already paid for.

I am a huge fan of HSN. They have prestigious name brands. Site offer todays specials and certain products quality for free shipping. Their website is appealing to the eye. They have games on their site and you accumulate points. You redeem points for a chance to win HSN products. Ease of Use Their site is easy to use. Everything is displayed so all it takes is a click to find what you need. Product Selection High end products at affordable prices. Everything from jewelry, clothing, electronics, linens, cosmetics, kitchenware, health & wellness, household items. Endless source of goodies to choose from. Product Pricing The brands I purchase are always offered on sale and free shipping is available. Many products are reasonably priced yet when you have to pay shipping and handling it is not that great of a deal. Customer Service I've only contacted HSN a few of times and each rep was helpful in each situation. Some more friendly than others but all in all good service. Shipping and Returns I only had one experience in which the product I received was damaged. I contacted HSN and they gave me a bit of a hassle about returning it. They wanted me to pay to send the merchandise back. I explained the product arrived damaged and it took a bit of convincing before they agreed to pay for the returned merchandise. Since that incident I have not had any other issues regarding shipping or returns.

HSN.com is one of my favorite sites to browse through. M favorite area is the bake ware section. They have so many cute and fun pans, molds and other decor and accessories to choose from. Since I consider myself a baking en6husiest, tis is the area of the site that I get my biggest kick from but, I have had experience with other sections and items as well. I also purchased very nice name brand video camcorder from them a few years back. Their customer service was really good and the price of the camcorder was very reasonable. It took approximately 9 days to receive the camcorder. When it arrived, it was exactly the same as it was advertised on the site. It was very neatly and safely packaged with plenty of bubble wrap for it's protection and of course, my popping pleasure. I was able to contact the site after my purchase with follow up questions about the functionality and they were just as attentitive as they were prior to my purchase. I have had the video camcorder for several years and have never had even one single issue with it. HSN.com is a really great site with good prices and great customer service. I continue to shop there and have never had an unsatisfactory experience.

I've been a customer of HSN.com for about five years now. HSN is a television shopping network and its website has all of the same products shown on-air (and you can also stream the televised shows through the website). Being able to watch the episodes online is really helpful since I sometimes have difficulty evaluating a product based solely on a photograph, so watching the shows online helps by showing the products being modeled, used, etc. And the various show hosts seem to be quite knowledgeable about the products they sell. The site sells a wide variety of items, including jewelry, apparel, cosmetics, home appliances, computers, and a great deal more. Over the years I've primarily bought jewelry from them and they have some unusual designer lines that are hard (or impossible) to find elsewhere. My favorite is Sajen, a line of sterling silver jewelry handmade in Bali and India. The pieces are unusual and contain exotic stones I rarely find in jewelry stores. Heidi Daus is another of their showcased designers and she has a line of really stunning and elaborate costume jewelry (with some wonderful critter pieces included). There are dozens of other lines to be found on the website. HSN has perhaps the best customer service of any of the shopping channels/websites and it's very easy to return any item you decide not to keep (their shipping invoices have nice peel-off return labels for customers to use). I always search the web for coupon codes before shopping through HSN and sometimes find a code which will give me a discount on a purchase. I wouldn't advise buying large electronics (such as computers and television sets) from HSN (or any of the shopping channel websites) since the customer reviews of those products are not as favorable on average as for the site's other products and returns of big-ticket electronics seem to be more complicated.

I love to shop online in the convenience of my home and in my pajamas! I came across HSN.com and ordered online from them very recently. I was very happy with my shopping experience with them. Their online collection is modern, trendy, unique and fashionable and I loved browsing through their website. Their website is user friendly and simple to use. I was able to look through and search for the items that I wanted. I made my selection and checked out. I received a confirmation email promptly and my order was delivered well packed and on time. I really liked the items that I had ordered. All the items that I received were exactly similar to what had been advertised on their website. I keep checking their website frequently to keep a look out for new deals and updated collections. I was completely satisfied with my order and will surely be ordering again from HSN.com in the near future.

I used to always watch HSN on TV to find new products and to look for some cool gifts around the holidays, however, with work and all I never have enough time to site down and watch. HSN.com is a awesome site to view all of the HSN products that were on or are going to be on the home shopping network. Product wise I think they have some pretty good products, they definitely have a large selection of gifts, this makes it a very good place to shop during the holidays. However their products are not always the best quality so I suggest you take a look at the customer reviews on their site before buying. In the summer I purchased a fishing pole and reel from HSN.com. I got the item for a really good price and was very excited when I got my package in the mail. When I opened my box, the first thing I noticed when the complete lack of cushioning or materials to protect my fishing pole during shipping, and then I noticed that a piece of reel was broken off. I was really disappointing and contacted customer support to return the item which was a big pain because it was a big long fishing rod. Overall, I think HSN.com is a good site if you watch what you are buying from them.

I found HSN.com in an unusual way. I received a birthday gift from a friend sent to me from HSN.com. I was very excited and opened it up and tried on the bracelet. Unfortunately I truly did not like it at all. I contacted the customer service and asked if I can exchange a gift item without the sender finding out. I was told of course you can. Then I went online to look at their website and was surprisingly pleased with it and the amount of jewelry items they had on it. I looked a long time and eventually found a perfect pair of silver dangling earrings that I still adore to this day. Well of course the sender found out anyway since they did indeed contact her and I was thoroughly embarrassed. I contacted HSN.com again and complained about this. I was then told I was given misinformation and they apologized. Meanwhile the damage had been done and I never went back on their website again.

While watching hsn on Television, I decided to see if the items that I was interested in were online. I was happy to find that they were. They offered up-to-date information on availability and the same pricing as on television, and I did not even have to pick up the telephone. The women's clothing selection is the best, especially for plus-size womens clothing and accessories like pocketbooks and shoes too.
